“Good location between DFW and Downtown Dallas”

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The desk person was extremely helpful ing in giving me directions to downtown (Westend) of Dallas. I have a GPS but I haven't updated the maps so many of the ramps don't show up. Her directions were on the mark. The Hampton Inn Hotels have been a good choice my last several trips, trying to balance business spending with a quality hotel stay worked here. When you travel for business you want a nice place at a reasonable rate and I received that here. The beds are very comfortable and anyone that travels knows that first night sleep is always the test!

“Perfect for a working me”

Stayed here b/c airport service shuttle and it was convenient for me to be picked up by my distributor. The hotel and room were comfortable and the management was happy to open the pool early so I could swim before going to work. Noise level was acceptable. One downer for me: I couldn't open the windows and I really like to have fresh air, even when its hot air.

“A Perfect Start to a Perfect Vacation”

We enjoyed everything. The breakfast wasn't all that filling but the menu changes daily. The rooms and staff were top notch. Will be back.

“A wonderful experience. Did have problem with no hot water but fixed promptly when asked.”

It was great. Very clean and the staff was wonderful. I loved the pillows and other nice amentities.

“If business is close by”

For the most part everyhing was what one would expect from a Hampton hotel. However, one morning there was little food selection for breakfast at 8:00am! The next morning the selection was as expected.

“Great Airport Hotel”

Although the wait for the shuttle bus was very long. I had to call several times to check where the driver was, but once the driver "Jaimy" arrived, he turned the arrival into an enjoyable experiance. He was friendly, and made sure that I was familiar with the area, and comfortable. Checkin took a few seconds, and was offered fresh popcorn, and fresh baked cookies, a nice touch that Hampton Inn has.The room was clean, with a small frig and microwave that did not work. (I tried once, then was able to do without) The staff is friendly, and that makes the stay more enjoyable. If I had to go in and out of DFW again, I would stay at this Hampton Innn, so I recomend it. Enjoy

“Fine place for one night.”

This was an okay place to stay for one evening. I simply chose it because of it's location to a conference that I had, so I'm happy with my choice.
