Complete catfish. Nothing like any of the pictures. Currently Under renovation. Property manager FALSELY accused me of smoking tried charging my card over 20 times for different amounts after demanding i leave the property 1hr before my check out time. Will NEVER book here again.

The pictures on the website most definitely are not this hotel. The rooms are not beautiful, our room still had hair on the beds, my carpet was ripped out so we had a bare concrete floor and the beds were wobbly as all get out. The breakfast area advertised is false too. Breakfast was 2 cereals, muffins, bread, coffee and oranges. I would never stay here again for $100 a night. I've been to better Motel 6 hotels.

Poor Accommodations & Service
Hotel and room dirty. No carpet in room, cement floor. Tub dirty and water continually ran. I called front desk to see if we could get a different room and checkin person said no and then hung up on me. Breakfast was awful, bread hard, coffee ran out. Total stay not good.

I had got a 2 bed room for 1 night to see cowboys game with my brother tried to check in said rooms weren’t ready so we came back to check in and shower later before game there was long line of people still trying to check in customer service was not good at all ended up having to stay in a 1bed room that was dirty and had plumbing issues and a broken bed

I rented this please because it was close to the stadium. However, however, when I first walked in wasn't greeted. I was about an hour and a 1/2 before 3. And they said they can't do early check in. The place did not look busy. So then we came to check in at 3 and the room received. The t v didn't work and their toilet was running. My wife and family have stayed at many hotels due to business and travel baseball. I definitely would not stay at this brand anymore. We were not comfortable with this stay at all.

Would never stay here again
Well, check is is at 3pm SHARP. Got there 15 min early and there were 2 attendants at the front desk, and around 7 people already waiting to be checked it. We were told, check in will begin in 15 minutes...and the 2 workers remained at the computers apperently waiting for 3 to strike. When it did, the male employee called the 1st guest, the female did nothing, mind you the line of people waiting was now around 20. The 1st guest booked 2 rooms apperently and was told they only have one. That took a good 10 minutes before he left roomless. 2nd guest in line was already in his room but there was an issues where he needed maintenance...then it was our turn. Female, hasnt helped anyone. We go to our room, after walking past nasty dirty and stained carpet, open our room, NO carpet. Idk but it felt like what I would assume a prison cell would feel like; concrete walls, floors, etc. Not at all like the company photos. We had plans to be out all night so we literally just needed a bed to sleep in, and that is exactly what we did. Wasn't going to attempt to shower as the bottom of the tub looked like it has never seen a cleaning product...woke up and got out of there. The parking lot is a joke as well. The spots surrounding the hotel itself were all full, maybe a total of 40. There is a much larger area(no signs or directions on how to get in as it is blocked off by parking curbs) you have to go around the block and between three abandoned semi-trailers and a large pothole, to park.

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Definitely do not stay here. No carpet in the rooms, just a dirty concrete floor comparable to an auto body shop. Bed bugs, roaches. Literally the epitome of a stereotypical roach motel. Disgusting!

RUN! Expedia offers a bait and switch with the photos shown for this location vs what is offered. It’s trashy and they say “under remodel” but put us in a room with pulled up carpet, scuffs and marks everywhere on the floors and walls, the ceiling is industrial, the lights had no covers on them and the lamp had a lampshade that was flecked with what looked like blood. It was so disgusting. That bistro shot the fireplace in the lobby is a lie this is not on par or remotely close to raddison quality. Expedia won’t change the photos and only offered 25 in key cash as compensation for me having to book at midnight a new hotel while traveling with my 6 month old. Hours of my time back and forth with them and that’s the best they can do evidently.

Absolutely do not stay here
Experience was awful. No disclosure that the entire property is under renovation. No carpet in rooms. Entire building reeks of mold/smoke. Tv didn’t work. Shaky elevators. Room keys constantly stop working. Dirty sheets/towels. No phones to contact front desk. Terrible customer service. Woman at front desk made me hunt down housekeeping to even get towels in our room. AC is the only thing in that building that worked.

Do not waste your time.
This facility is very nasty and not like the pictures that are shown. The employees waited till after they take your payment to tell you that it is being updated and missing items in each room. The facility is missing carpet , towels and supplies all throughout it. The rooms smelled like mildew and smoke! The workers are very rude and not pleasant and refused to compensate or refund anything !

We had the absolute worst experience. When we arrived we were told that the property was now under renovations but that the service would still be exceptional. We got to our room and it was two double beds. We booked a king bed with a fold out couch. I was told there was nothing they could do even though I showed them my confirmation of what type of room I had reserved. We went back to the room and noticed the carpet was completely removed and there were no lampshades on the lamps. We stayed because we thought we could just make the best of it. The next morning when I went to take a shower I noticed the shower curtain was torn and ripped in several areas. I pulled the curtain open and there were roaches on the wall. We immediately packed and checked out even though we had another night booked. Totally unacceptable accommodations and the lack of care from the staff was even worse.

This property is under renovations. That information needs to be on the reservation. The room was dirty with stained carpet and bath tub. There was NO hairdryer in the room. The cost for this room does not justify the quality of the property. The hotel staff was NOT friendly. There was NO hot breakfast and meager choices for a cold breakfast. The coffee was not refilled, the only other choices were cereal and a few stale muffins. I feel that this hotel should be called a MOTEL, as I have stayed in Motel 6s better than this place. TERRIBLE!!

The front desk tells ppl that it’s under “renovation”. The carpet was ripped out of the room and a paint (chipped) concrete floor is what you have to walk on. There was no phone in the room. The room was dim and dingy. The cabinet in the room was leaning to the side. There was no smoke detector in the room. The hall carpet was stained and there were unknown odors present. I, nor my family, felt safe staying there. The parking lot was also poorly lit. It was NOTHING like the online pictures.

I was told the Hotel was under renovation and our rooms had concrete floors, the towels had stains on them and the room had a foul order. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I have usually had better luck on Hotels.com, but this was by far the worst ray trap I have ever been in.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
The photos are not from that hotel. The breakfast area is old and breakfast was the most basic prepackaged crsp I’ve see. Our room the carpet was torn out all the cement cracked and floor was not level. The blanket on bed, you could buy something nicer at any Goodwill. This place makes Motel 6 look like The Taj Mahsl.

My daughter and grandson got bitten by bed bugs the one night that we stayed there. After having been gone for 2 days, we went back to pick up an item that had accidentally been left behind. To our surprise, the item was still in the room along with the trash, used towels, and unmade beds. It was sad to see the room the way we had left it 2 days before.

I booked and paid room at 3pm in San Antonio. We drove from San Antonio to Arlington and every hour I would call front desk 2-3 times to let them know we were coming as we were projected to arrive after midnight. Upon arrival 10 other guests were in lobby and either locked out of their rooms or attempting to checkin. A police officer showed up and banged on the officer door where a man in no staff attire was hiding. The officer stated the phone system was alerting the PD station of an emergency so that’s why he was there. The man (last name Reyes) then plugged the phone back in and said the phone was “acting up all day” hence why he never answered our calls. He then confirmed the software for assigning keys and rooms was down for a projected 2 hours. By this time is was 1:15am. My wife and I decided to leave and not wait. Thus we went down the street to a Red Roof in to find a bed just to sleep. Never again will we return to this location! I am expecting a full refund.

Not in best condition, smelt bad when you walk in like poop. Couldn't shower, shower head broken. Pillows were flatter than a paper, i had to fold it in 2 halves. Just over all not very clean, crapets very nasty dirty strained.. only nice thing was fresh paint, as the saying goes I guess ya get what you pay for. DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE REVIEWS!

The property was very unkept remodeling is needed everywhere. Floor in room was cold concrete bed was hard. The tub was worn out in bad condition AC didn’t work very well. Whole place was in poor condition.
