The room was clean and was a nice size. Surrounding area was very clean and felt safe. The location was very close to several major thoroughfares without being on one and in the middle of a lot of traffic. Only complaint was that we had a 1st floor room that was close to the elevators and every time the elevators were in use, we could hear the rumble and feel the vibrations in our room. It was a milder version of living near a railroad track. We would stay here again, but make sure of the room location before doing so.

Although the place was clean, the sheets that they used in our room was worned out. We couldn't have it changed because we arrived late at night and we were tired.

Nothing amazing, nothing horrific. Just.. meh.
Staff were very pleasant. Room had coffee splatter down the wall next to the bed, but shower was amazing. Love the power shower heads. Breakfast was adequate but not amazing. Used gym, treadmill was broken, but was nice to use a peloton. Cable weight stack was a nice option over free weights.

The place was very noisy and loud. Our room was not clean. Not enough pillows, the bed was very lumpy. The staff was not very nice and we stayed for 3 nights. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this one was the worst. Staff should not ask personal questions...like, why are you here. Or what are your plans for the day. It should be none of their business.

Good stay but paper thin walls
Overall a good stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, they had a good selection in their pantry, and the hot breakfast was very good. Plenty of outlets to charge devices in the room as well. However, there was a huge tour group staying as well, and they seemed to think they had the entire hotel - I was woken from a sound sleep at 1 AM the first night by people taking, yelling and laughing up and down the hallway. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away, to their great credit. The second night was smooth - expect for the same group doing the same thing at 6 AM. So while the hotel stay was good (they allow dogs for a fee and my dogs were comfy in the room) I won’t be staying there again. The walls are paper thin.
