“Great place to stay but consider skipping the breakfast.”

The hotel was very nice and the location is great- close to Six Flags and sports attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. However, we had booked this hotel because of the provided breakfast and it was AWEFUL. The hot breakfast not good- eggs were bad and area very crowded. Otherwise great spacious rooms with great staff.

“Excitedly Satisfied”

I booked the hotel and within the hour was checking in. The front desk clerk was very helpful and pulled up our reservation immediately. Blake even offered to move our room since we are smokers and the hotel is completely non-smoking. We conveniently got a 1st floor room close to a side door we could quickly go in and out of. When we had to step away from the hotel, the clerk was very helpful about giving directions to the closest ATM. The room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the attached bathroom was so spacious! Everything was absolutely perfect for a mini-vacation without all the hassle and expense of actually going on vacation. I plan on visiting again!

“Nice Place”

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, quiet place, my kids really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Price was around average, will definitely stay here again !!!!

“Free Trolleys to the Ballpark!!!”

This Hotel was great for going to the Rangers game!!! They offer a free trolley ride before, during, and after the game.

“Some drawbacks but might return”

Two of the front desk people were nice and helpful. One seemed a bit annoyed when asking a simple question. The pool was cold and when I asked the front desk if they could warm it up, they seemed surprised that it was cold. I am sure others have complained about it too. Of course, it took hours for the pool to warm up (after we left the pool). The next morning when we went to the pool again, the water was cold again. I asked if they could warm it up and they said the person who "might" be able to do it wouldn't come in till later. He never showed up :( Truthfully, how hard is it for someone to push a button, flip a switch to get the warm water jets running? Front desk should know how to do that. Walls in room are paper thin. Could hear neighbors talking. People kept slamming doors in hall. Breakfast was good. The lady who takes care of breakfast was extremely clean, nice, and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough in their cleaning! I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Cowboys stadium. When I called the hotel, I was told all the fans walk to the stadium. What I didn't know was how unsafe the walk is when you have children. Perhaps if it is only adults, the walk is stress free but when you have kids in tow, it becomes a little dangerous, especially if it is already dark when the game lets out. Crossing BUSY streets, highways, congested intersections is not fun nor safe! Too bad the hotel doesn't provide shuttle service :(

“CCEMTP Trip”

Hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff upon check-in was helpful and kind. The room was spaciuos and had up-to-date decor. The morning breakfast is a plus-plus.

Was given the wrong room but they did try to accomodate us the best they could since the hotel was booked and there were no available rooms.

“Poor check in”

Our only problem with this hotel came at check in. The gentleman checking in guests kept stopping to answer questions from people trying to find an available hotel room. He helped at least two parties while I and others waited in line who just came up and started asking questions making those of us waiting to check in wait until he was finished.
