Manager name Julia was very rude. Came up hollering because they have a water leak and we had no idea. Couldn’t shower at all that night until they found us another room the next morning. Blame us for running water on the floor (like children) in her words when we are grown adults. After all that was a hotel leak problem not ours! Other staffs were helpful.
