“Hawthorne Suites”

It was a very good stay. The hotel was centrally located to some very wonderful BBQ resturantes. The staff were very friendly. Its was very quite and the bed was like sleeping on really fluffy clouds. Had a very good stay and I when I need to return to this area again for work, I will make sure to stay here!

“Great place for a business trip”

This hotel far exceeded my expectations of a 2 star rated hotel. The room decor was very nice (bed was a little uncomfortable) and the staff was very nice and personable. They had a little happy hour one day of the week and they also offer a very nice breakfast buffet each morning. I would definitely stay here again whether it's a business trip or not!

“Overall, excellent”

The only less-positives are that the room lighting is done with floor lamps, and the kitchen lights are relatively dim; and, the bathroom light switch activaters a very loud ventilation fan, which you can't turn off. Otherwise, the rooms have been really great - I was more than pleasantly surprised when I checked in the first time - the rooms are huge, updated, huge flat scren TVs with very nice, very comfortable furniture. They update the tolietries daily, there are amenities such as ice maker, free beer / wine / chips in the evening; the food in the morning is excellent and fresh. The staff are very courteous & Dallas-friendly.

“comfy hotel in the middle of Addison”

This hotel was very nice. The only problem was a slow elevator. Their breakfast buffet is not comprehensive but is quite nice, with yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffees, and even waffle batter for you to make your own. There is a nice pool just off the dining area. The reception people are friendly. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable with decent amenities including network connection. Plus, there are literally hundreds of restaurants in the 2 mile stretch just outside the hotel. You can walk to chinese food, mediterranean food, cajun food, and Brazilian barbeque. I would not hesitate staying here again.

“Best Hotel I Ever Stayed In”

I stay in a lot of hotels and see a lot of things and I have to say that this hotel was absolutely great. This Best Western is where I will be staying each time I visit Addison or the north Dallas area. Breakfast was really good and hot. Beds were really comfortably. Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was nice but went a little overboard with the questions on checking in. Couch was too small and uncomfortable for the room but everything else was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is right next to an airport but we heard no noise from that at all. My son enjoyed watching the planes land.

“Really Good Choice”

My wife booked this hotel for me. This stay was after a long road trip,and I was very pleased with the quality, size and comfort of the room. Much more than I expected. I used the pool to relax and unwind. I was disappointed that they had filled what used to be the hot tub with cement, and the pool was small, but it was adequate for what I needed.
