The property gave real unsafe let me hurry to my room vibes. People hanging outside of the rooms in the walkway. Loud music, smoking….not to mention the tv didn’t work in my room, no phone in the room…no desk chair…Stained bedding….thin walls I could hear everything going on next door. I couldn’t wait for the night to be over. I wouldn’t recommend.

We were given a room that smelled like cigarettes and then moved to one that smelled like weed. It was not a good experience, but the manager on duty was very nice.

The property is nice Stayed here in the past had no problems However this time not to good. Walked into the room and it smelled like dogs. Counter tops were sticky and had little red or black debris on it and didnt really look into it at the moment Took a quick ahower when we arrived and was talking to my girlfriend when i started noticing those little red or black spots on my leg and they justbso happend to be fleas. They were all over the place. Was ae to get a refund couple days after my trip. . But overall not to happy with it

Room smelled of strong marijuana and was not fully cleaned. The dishes in the kitchen and kitchen was dirty. No hot water only warm and cool. Shower and tub was broken. Bathroom sink was broken. Mismatch door knobs. Dirty and stained towels.

Way different from what was seen in the pictures 😞 The entire place was not kept up! The people next to us were making noise all night & smoking marijuana!! The smell penetrated our whole room-very disappointed with our overall experience-we checked out after 1 night & drive home-did not feel safe or comfortable at all😨

There was no ATM for petty cash. Poor Staffing. We left and came back to check in. Only one CHECK-IN Clerk and 20 folks in the small lobby. It was a NFL game that weekend and they weren't prepared for the rush. There was only noneCHECKOUT Clerk as well.

Nasty Cigarette Odor
The layout of the room was amazing, I was very dissatisfied because I reserved a non smoking room due to me having asthma well when we arrived to the room we were over taken by cigarette smell, i went to the front desk to complain and all they said was im sorry, and somebody would be down to spray the room well noone ever showed up. Came back home with a terrible cough. If i would of had the money to rebook another hotel room i would have.

Avoid staying at this hotel. Photos make it look nicer than it really is. This is basically an old apartment complex that was adapted to be an hotel. Rooms are old, beds are small, and they don't care that other guests smoke inside their rooms. We had this door to the room next to us, and even though it was closed you could hear all the screams and noises, and the cigarette smoke woke us up early in the morning. How is this even possible? What if I was traveling with my kids? Should anyone accept risking their children being second hand smokers while they are asleep? Really glad I was traveling with friends and not my kids. Also the safe was nowhere to be found in the room, so if you travel with valuables or cash you will likely feel very unsafe leaving them in you room. The icing of the cake: it wasn't cheap. $260 per night can get you something a lot nicer and safe about anywhere else. Bottom line, don't stay in this hotel. Just look for a Holiday Inn nearby, it will cost you about the same, and you'll be much safer.

This was a lovely place. My only critique was that our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was not overpowering, but it was enough to notice. I also wondered if this property used to be apartments that were converted to a hotel, so it's possible that the smoke smell came from a long time ago and just lingered.

Dont waste your money
We got caught up in a shoot-out outside of our room and the cops were investigating until after 11pm and we were not able to leave our room or the facility. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart. The floors were disgustingly filthy with dirt & hair all over the bathroom floor. The tub was dirty and the carpet was filthy and sticky. One of the beds had big divots in the mattress and was obviously extremely old and very uncomfortable. The "cleaning staff" were so loud in the next room until 2am and sounded more like a construction zone with all of the hammering, yelling, laughing and banging on the walls. When voicing concerns, the staff just laughed and said they hoped we would be back. We wont. They offered no concern or help to remedy any of our complaints. The pics are decieving. This is NOT a renovated site. Everything looks like its in need of repair and be careful you dont get stuck in the failing elevator. There was no pool, computer station or workout room available for use. Its not a hotel, its an extended stay and there were homeless people loitering all over the facility grounds. Its not kid-friendly.

The pictures were a little deceiving. You could tell where they tried to make updates. We had to change rooms because the A.C. was broken. In the second room our neighbors were so noisy. Between the barking dog, crying baby, and banging on walls we got no sleep. The location was convenient and that was about all we enjoyed.

We chose this property because it was on the trolley route for a baseball game. Family of 4, we stayed 3 nights in a king suite. Clean and plenty of room. I loved the counter space and full kitchen amenities: full size refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker and toaster, dishes, pans, and utensils. I didn't use the stove. My boys said the pull out couch was comfortable. I loved the soft towels and water pressure, that's a plus. We liked that the bathroom vanity was separate from the restroom only wish the actual restroom was bigger, it was a little small. We only used the pool once, not very big but my son had it all to himself. We would definitely stay again.

Ac was not rocking in one of our two rooms but they quickly switched us to two other rooms and made or stay very comfortable in this Texas heat.

Save your money
I was not familiar with the area, nor this facility and was not happy with condition of the hotel. It tctotally was not worth what I had to pay for the night. Older establishment, most definitely needs some work. The elevator had no air and it was 100° outside and was squeaking so bad I was afraid it was going to get stuck. Shady characters in the parking lot and around the area. I knew when I pulled in I was in trouble. Another guest was already complaining and had to switch rooms. We get to our room and the smoke detectors were beeping and hanging from the ceiling. So we had to call for maintenance right off the bat. The staff was at least nice.

The price is too high but stay was good for 1 nt
The pictures of the site did not match what was actually offered. The room was clean and good for one night but at the price paid did not offer any of the amenities that you would expect. It was the same price of the Hilton across the street we found out which has a restaurant/bar and better amenities. This hotel are also refurbished condos. There were people living full time in the back of the property which was kinda sketchy. The mgt on duty didn’t seem to care when people brought up the concern of activities going on over on that side of the hotel. For the price- I would have chose a higher end hotel but overall the stay was fine.

Won't stay again.
Staff was great. The room had a horrible smell and the repairs to room were not good quality. The air conditioner wasn't working very well. I wouldn't stay again. They didn't keep the outside clean.

The room itself was clean but everything else was very dirty and not cared for at all! The hot tub was dirty and didn’t work. The pool furniture was trashed! The area however was perfect. Only 7 minutes to ATT stadium and plenty of restaurants in the area.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
The hotel was false in advertising. They do not offer breakfast at all. The hotel was pictured nice but in person very ran down, people living there full time like apartments, rooms (I booked 2) very ran down, broken furniture. I would say it was more like living in Section 8 housing. Extremely disappointed and will not ever return. Just one positive note, the staff were very pleasant, just wish they had a better working place.

Not as advertised
The lady working the front desk was a sweetheart. The hotel itself seemed more like an housing authority. You could tell by some of the balconies that several people were living there full time. Loud woman screaming all night at her kids in the room next to us. Doors being slammed shut on our floor all night. Even heard a cat noise most of the night from the same room. Went to the pool and it looked liked it hadn’t been clean in a long time. Trash and dirt was all over the bottom. It was 100 degrees that day and very warm as well that evening and I noticed no one in the pool. Pictures on the website look very good and this place has gotten good reviews as well. I hate to be this guy but I don’t see it. We will not be back.
