The property was outdated, stains on the furniture, rips and tears on the furniture as well. The room did not seem to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was masking tape along the door frame near the latch.....not sure what that was about. The front desk clerk Darlon was very helpful and understanding. He provided a full refund and was very apologetic.

We did not stay here because there was not hot water, and the pool was closed. Drove all that way to fine this hotel and found all that out. I wish someone would have called me to let me know about the problem they were having. I had to find another hotel, i was not filmier with the area.

The room was very spacious and clean although the hot water was not working and the pool was closed we still had a great stay. The staff was very friendly.

Where do I begin?We checked in on a Wednesday around 6:30pm.When we got there the pool had caution tape around it and we were told that the pool closed.We decided to go ahead and stay there because we had a large suite to accommodate our family.We were giving the keys to our 1st room.Went to open the door the keys didn't work.I go back down to the lobby where they told me that they are going to put us in a different room.So we move to room #2.We settle into that room and decide where we want to eat for the night.Return to the room everything is fine. Well around 3a.m. Thursday morning the air stops working in part of the suite.We notified maintenance and went about our day exploring Dallas.Returned to the room and it was hotter than hell.Notified front desk again and we were told maintenance fixed it.We told them that it was still hot.They move us to another room (room #3).We all load up our stuff and move to that room.When we get to that room we were also notified that the hot water has stopped working and they will offer us a discount.Well here we are 3rd room no hot water and a huge family.We decided to stay and went on about our day.After returning for the night the air on one side of the suite isnt working.We notified front desk and was told to use room 2 and 3 for the remainder of our stay.So we split up and stayed in two different rooms.They rooms were not close. And they tried charging us for using 2 rooms.We eventually checked out early.

The keys kept on not working. The manager was terrible. Some of the neighbors were noisy and were partying all night. Coffee wasn't available for a few days. The continental breakfast didn't start until 7:15 a.m. the laundromat didn't work. The location was good.

Location was great! Loved that the rooms are big so i was able to accommodate 6. Very disappointed in how dirty it was. When they told us we couldnt check in early bc they needed to clean it, I expected it to be clean. Was not! Was also shocked when i saw a few roaches. Thats all i needed to see. Hotel has alot of potential but definitely needs to be renodeled & taken care of better....

Mold & smell of it weed.
When we walked in to the front desk it smelt like someone was smoking weed inside. When we checked into our room there was mold all over the bathroom wall and ceiling. We asked to have another room and it was the same. Again they gave us another room and it had mold as well. So we decided to check out. We couldn’t even stay. My asthma was already acting up after being there just minutes.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WORST STAY EVER!!
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!! we arrived late, the manager tried to make us pay again for our pre-paid booking, after an hour of back and forth she admitted she was wrong and gave us the key. property looks updated from the outside and old and dingy inside. bathroom lights didn’t work, told the front desk multiple times a day during our 5 day stay, they kept having excuses about maintenance not being onsite only to NEVER FIX THE LIGHTS. myself, husband, and oldest son have athletes foot/bumps on our feet from the bathrooms. husband also has small bites all over his body. bed bugs? who knows! TERRIBLE HOTEL/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it’s cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The hotel is a little older than expect. No problem checking in or out. The breakfast was suck, with only three items. Bread, cereal, oatmeal. No egg no meat at all.

This is a filthy and decaying property. I did not feel clean dueing my stay. Room doors have substained enough damage to make one thing about attempted break-ins. Permanents foul smells of weed, smoke, food and the old carpet all over. Dark furniture that still can’t hide the stains and surface “cleaning” that is done. The first room we were given had bugs in it. They changed us to a different room on the second floor. When we went to get ice we had to go down to the first floor on the opposite side of the building which was inconvenient.

We stayed from Friday, June 24th to Sunday June 26th. From the very beginning our room key would not work so we had to be let in our room every single time we needed in. Sunday night they nearly refused to let us in our room because our ID was left in the room. Then our Room we did have was covered in black mold in windows along with certain parts of the walls, our toilet ran water the entire time, we had Roaches. Saturday we had an employee finally admit that the room should have NEVER been given to us in that condition. My Brother is now sick with a terrible cough and we may have to go to the ER for it due to the black mold throughout the entire room. The experience was just terrible. I’ve been using Expedia for YEARS and have never left a bad review but this was an experience that was totally out of hand and NEEDS Attention.

Ok Hotel for the price
The hotel is interesting. Seems like they have ling term residents here as well as short term. The room was ok a bit dated in furniture. Nice kitchenette and full refirgerator. No house keeping offered. Pool looked nice but did not use it. Location was good for our needs. For the price it was good.
