Pros: Really, nothing as we were travelling and not hoping to stay for months.
Cons: I don't think Expedia should book travelers into extended stay properties.
I had no idea this was a converted apartment building/extended stay hotel. It was like being in the ghetto. People up until 3am, hip-hop music, hanging out, cars coming and going. Awful. The bathroom wasn't clean and the floors were filthy.

Great hotel for an affordable price

When we got there we were upgrade to a town suite which was bigger bwtter and more relaxing. They also had happy hour around 5pm with free food and beer so that was an A for me. We had a lovely experience and would definitely stay there again

Maybe you should keep looking

The housekeeping services are horrible here and the front desk staff is far from friendly. If a clean room with clean bedding is important to u then u might want to stay elsewhere.

Did not get room that was booked

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The room was fine, a little dated. needs some repair, and a good cleaning.
Cons: the whole complex, it looks like some recent paint but still looks dingy
Location: nothing nearby
This was a last minute change of plans, so I booked later in the evening. I chose the King suite, which I paid more money for. Parking is very limited, and there was some delivery truck blocking the road to the back.....he finally got in to move the truck, and went all the way to the back where our suite was and turned the wrong way to turn around and so I had to back out to let him out...I finally found a parking place, went to the suite and was surprised to find a queen room, actually it was a townhouse suite with 2 queens. That would be fine if there were 2 couples, but I reserved a king. When I called the front desk he said we would have to talk to Expedia to get our money back. The next morning when we went to breakfast we noticed how dirty the whole complex was, trash everywhere. I liked the idea of a townhouse to split with another couple, but they would need to do some power washing for me to return, and have some pride in cleaning the whole place up.

2 bedrooms, 2 baths, separate thermostats and TVs for the price other hotels were charging to share a single queen bed.

Bigger room than I thought. Very nice.

Pros: The size and imenities.
Cons: Internet access
Location: We stayed here for an anime convention close by
The only problem that I had with the hotel is that the internet wasn't working properly. I needed to access the internet to do summer university work, but the internet wasn't working most of the time, and when it was working it was very, very weak. Other than that I would highly recommend the acommodations.

Non-smoking room: smelled like smoke

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Location to destination was good. Room was spacious.
Cons: Room needs to be cleaned of the smokey smell. Needs a remote for upstairs tv. Needs wifi fixed.
Location: It was good location. Location helped me to not have to fight the Dallas traffic so much.
Opened door and room smelled like cigarette smoke; reserved a non-smoking room. Wifi did not work. Room was hot at 85 degrees, air conditioning was off. There was no remote control for upstairs tv.
