“Great hotel--lacking focused service”

Nice hotel very convenient to DFW.. Room was very nice with high ceilings, tasteful decor and very clean. Disappointed with front desk staff who just would not smile or exchange pleasantries and shuttle operator who would not help me with three heavy bags in or out of shuttle van at 3:00am. Otherwise, would recommend and repeat my stay for same price level. Well lighted exterior and felt safe. I left my car there and had no uneasy felling of this action. I am always disappointed when staff of a reasonably nice facility just can't understand how an extra step of service would greatly enhance a guest's stay, recommendations and return!

“nothing to write home about”

honestly, there was nothing to say, "stay away," but nothing to say, "come back!" this is the hotel experience that could have been-- I got the impression that the hotel was more interessed in saving a buck than winning a client

“convenient location for a quick layover”

I had to stay on night at DFW for a next day connection flight. This hotel is relatively close to the airport with free shuttle and they will also take you to restaurants within 5 miles radius with no charge. I thought I would have to wait for long time for pick up and drop off but that night was very fast. I didn't have to wait long at all. Very nice/clean room with great value !

“Staff was amazing!”

The staff was very helpful and personal and friendly. Answered all of our questions and fulfilled our expectations and then some.

We were on a layover - got in late and left early. But our driver took us to a drive through (at our request) on the way to the hotel from the airport. He was very nice and friendly. We had a decent (complimentary) breakfast in the morning before being taken back to the airport. This hotel was as good as it appeared online, and I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. btw, my husband loved the bedding!!

“Sleepless in Dallas”

The hotel overall was clean and convenient to get to. We stayed there because it was referred to us by my brother. We were totally exhausted from having had traveled from Houston to Dallas for the day and were ready for a good nights sleep!! WRONG>>>>The night was noisy with a large organization from the "Dream Act" or United WE Dream that were staying or should I say "Partying throughout the night!!!! These people were yelling, shouting, and screaming and banging on the door's half the night. We called the front desk 3 times and around two in the morning my husband had to shout to the young inconsiderate people to "shut-Up!!" and "Keep It Down!!" because people were trying to sleep. I found it so irresponsible for such an organization to have these young people roam around the hall's like cattle and noone being in charge putting a stop to it. The hotel itself should've have had more control of the situation and needless to say we did not sleep well and were totally exhausted the next morning. We will never go back to this hotel again!!! The only good thing that I enjoyed was the shuttle driver who was courteous and felt sorry for us!!!!

“Great airport shuttle!”

I had to catch an early flight in the morning and I chose this hotel because they have their own shuttle service. After reading numerous reviews about people missing flights because of shared shuttle service at cheaper hotels I decided to pay a little extra for the hotel instead of risking having to take an (expensive) cab, or even missing my flight. The hotel was great- I really have no complaints, and the shuttle got me to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. Highly recommend- especially if you're on a tight schedule.

“Good quality and service for a low price.”

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The happy hour snacks and drinks were an unexpected treat. The breakfast was better than in some of the higher-priced hotels. The room was very spacious and well laid out, with three separate areas. Great value for a very reasonable price. I wol definitely return.
