So many amenities you never have to leave the comfort of the hotel. Very beauitful inside. It would take many days to see and do everything the hotel has to offer.

Pros: Close to the meeting place we were attending. Price using an expedia coupon.
Cons: all of the above.
Pool was out of order. Ice machine was out or order. Credit card machine was out of order. Sheets did not appear clean. New menu at the media grill. Cook was not expreienced with the new menu and after two tries it was not great. Ridiculaous $19 per night charge to self park in a lot that has very small spaces now. Just overall a very nice hotel that had been allowed to run down.

July 4 stay

Pros: rooms were nice when they had an outside window. The rooms on the inside of the hotel are VERY dark.
Cons: Let staff know the correct information to tell guests and follow thru on commitments Like having the manager return a call.
Location: not much. American Airlines is near but there was nothing going on. Even the hotel stores were closed on July 3rd. This is a hotel, cater to you guest

Pros: everything
Cons: not so expensive food at hotel room service. lower the prices for families.
Location: great location for anything . we stayed at hotel.
it was very comfortable , relaxing , cool place to stay . plenty of things to do , great veranda. all the services provided is a plus. the bar at the 27th floor is awesome.

Nice hotel with adequate staff. Did not like being yelled at across the foyer at check in. It is a large foyer wait for me to get to you where we can talk like normal people. We also had to pay to park. I don't like hidden costs, parking should be included.

Pros: The staff, the lobby was very nice, the room was over the top!
Location: Market Center is just a few blocks away across Stemmons Freeway.
I checked into the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, just about 15 minutes before 5:00 in the afternoon. I was hot, I was stressed out from the deathrace that is Dallas traffic. The young man that was behind the counter (Darius J.) greeted me with a great smile and a pleasant demeanor. He was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. Just because of his actions, the rest of my stay could have been catastrophic and it would have been just fine. However, Darius assigned me a room on one of the top five floors, gave me instructions on getting to the elevator and he let me go with a pleasant "have a great night." When I got to my room I was amazed, it was a corner room and if I ever have a chance to go back to the Hilton Anatole I am specifically requesting that room! The room was beautiful and spotless. The view was impeccable. The floor was peacefully quiet. All that being said, I enjoyed it immensely, but Mr. Darius J. set a terrific tone for the stay.

Freak incident

Random water leak caused our room and several others to not have any water. Hotel moved us to another room and comped all charges except room fee because I paid through Expedia. Very nice and understanding.
