Overall Nice

Beautiful lobby and decor in rooms. Disappointed there was not an indoor pool considering how nice everything else was and I never found a hot tub. The room was clean but the bathroom was horrible to say the least. Black hair was in our shower, in the corners of the bathroom and stick on our towels. You expect better from a Hilton.

Convenient and nice

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Nice big rooms and convenient location.
Cons: Parking rates are pretty high. OK for a night or two but would add up fast if several nights.
Location: Very convenient to the Galleria, Northpark Mall, and restaurants.
Very convenient to shopping and dining. We only had a one night stay, but wish we could have stayed longer!

Hilton hotels do not take care of their customers

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Not very much.
My room faced the "lake", and although I was on the 9th floor I could hear the HVAC system running all night, which sounded like someone was vacuuming. The grout in the bathroom tile looked as though it had never been cleaned. This hotel charges for parking- $16, local calls- .56 a minute, continental breakfast $15. The line to check in was 10 people deep, which took 30 minutes. The area is not very nice, lots of pawn shops and payday loan places across the highway- I think you could do much better for the same rate and get a better value for the money.

Very pricey hotel

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Good location
Cons: Too small bathroom. Door opens almost too close to toilet bowl. Bath room sink was clogged and water took for ever to drain.
Though it is good hotel, they seem to nickel and dime everything. For example, they charge even to get WiFi in your hotel room. They charge for parking. Breakfast buffet was priced around $20.00 per person.

Hotel was great, construction around was bad

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: clean, neat,
Cons: fix 635. probably won't happen for several more years.
The hotel was in a great location for shopping at the galleria and right off of 635. Normally it would be easy on off of 635, but the construction around the area made it pretty difficult to get to the hotel. We ended going a mile down then wound through a neighborhood to find the place again. Went thru a few parking lots to get there.
