Poor customer service!Posted Apr 23, 2015
I booked and paid for the room as a gift for a couple on their honeymoon. I called 2 seperate times to confirm that they had my card on file for the parking and food that I had sent to the room. The hotel ended up not charging my card but charged the couple. I expected better from a 4star hotel, the level of service and competence is not where it should be and when I called to check on it I was told I would receive a call back which never happened.

Good locationPosted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Rooms, location
Cons: Pool, free wifi, free parking
Location: At the intersection of the Dallas Tollway and 635. Right across the street from the Galleria mall and tons of shopping and restaurants in the area.
Hotel was fine...pretty much what we expected. There was a huge wedding going on there, but didn't really bother us. Pool is shaded most of the time, so don't go thinking you can get some rays at the pool. Got a great rate, but then paid $16 per day, per car for parking and no free wifi.

Overall NicePosted Apr 13, 2015
Beautiful lobby and decor in rooms. Disappointed there was not an indoor pool considering how nice everything else was and I never found a hot tub. The room was clean but the bathroom was horrible to say the least. Black hair was in our shower, in the corners of the bathroom and stick on our towels. You expect better from a Hilton.

Convenient and nicePosted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Nice big rooms and convenient location.
Cons: Parking rates are pretty high. OK for a night or two but would add up fast if several nights.
Location: Very convenient to the Galleria, Northpark Mall, and restaurants.
Very convenient to shopping and dining. We only had a one night stay, but wish we could have stayed longer!

Hilton hotels do not take care of their customersPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Not very much.
My room faced the "lake", and although I was on the 9th floor I could hear the HVAC system running all night, which sounded like someone was vacuuming. The grout in the bathroom tile looked as though it had never been cleaned. This hotel charges for parking- $16, local calls- .56 a minute, continental breakfast $15. The line to check in was 10 people deep, which took 30 minutes. The area is not very nice, lots of pawn shops and payday loan places across the highway- I think you could do much better for the same rate and get a better value for the money.

Very pricey hotelPosted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Good location
Cons: Too small bathroom. Door opens almost too close to toilet bowl. Bath room sink was clogged and water took for ever to drain.
Though it is good hotel, they seem to nickel and dime everything. For example, they charge even to get WiFi in your hotel room. They charge for parking. Breakfast buffet was priced around $20.00 per person.
