Mattress was broke, every time we moved we could hear something broke. The decorative cover over the comforter was like sandpaper. The room never got cooled down, not sure if it was the humidity or what but we woke up hot every hour all night.

I’d suggest not booking at this Hilton cause they will give your room away that you pay for . We get there to check in at 4 and they gave our prepaid room away it took over a hour to get us in a different room . The tv didn’t work and was blue so we couldn’t even watch tv the bed was hard as a rock . Then as I was getting dressed at 9 am checkout is at 12 somebody from the hotel let themselves into my room WHILE I was changing . We told the people at the front desk no one cared that we had someone come inside our locked room . So I’d suggest skipping this place it was horrible . They said they was overbooked so I’m guessing we got the scrap leftovers and that’s why our room was horrible . The lady walking inside our room while I was naked was the cherry on top of a horrible time . They also triple charged us after we laid on Expedia .

Everything was fine with the accommodations at the hotel. The only thing was that there was no hot water in the bathtub, and although I reported this, I was told it was because I didn’t pull the knob correctly. Needless to say, showering was not comfortable.

For the prices they charge for a room one would think that a complimentary breakfast would be included. But not so.They charge exorbitant prices for a mediocre breakfast. Might as well go downtown and get a good breakfast for the same money.

Awful customer service!
Horrible customer service booked a king months prior none available when we checked in. Stuck with a double. Called TWICE for towels they told us they would be up right away. HOURS later we went down to just get them ourselves and there was 3 people up front just sitting and talking. Restroom was dirty. Half the channels didn’t work. They didn’t want to help us when we were there but they sure did want us to check out early they called us at 6AM saying we requested a courtesy call which we didn’t! Then they were knocking at the door at 9AM. Check out is at 12.

The Breakfast Buffet for $7.95 wasn't anything to brag about. Only hard boiled eggs, so I paid $14 to get scrambled eggs and access to the breakfast bar! Quick table service, but saved me driving after 13 hours on the road :-).

Very Nice Hotel
The room was great, but they absolutely need to add another person at the front desk. The front desk clerk kept answering the phone when we were trying to check in, and I had a question when I was trying to check out, and that clerk kept answering the phone. I had a plane to catch, so I just left. So very frustrating for everyone.

I like the property. What I do t like is that or they through is to the end of the aisle (carrying luggages too far is not good neither for me or my partner) or they place us in a room with the view of a roof. Next time I’ll chose another hotel. Didn’t like the way receptionist treated us: too cold, not with a good mood.
