“Nice place”

This is a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. We will be going back and bringing our family to stay there while they are in town.

“Very Good Stay”

It was a very nice experience, room was nice and clean with free internet, cable, and newspapers. It is also surrounded by a lot of restaurants.

“Continental not Complimentary”

It is a very nice hotel, however their continental breakfast is not complimentary. They had a hot breakfast line that its price was clearly marked, but the cereal selection and coffee didn't have any price listing. After finishing our cereal we were presented with a ticket that charged us the price of two hot meals. It is just a little frustrating to be charged so much for cereal.

“"we'll be back"”

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway. Close to main street and all the wonderful shops and wineries. We had a great time. Service from the staff couldn't have been better. Breakfast there, a+ Only thing was our king room did not have a tub. It was a walk in shower. Shower was nice but photos on web site had showed a big tub and that's what I was expecting.

“Quite a find in Dallas”

Everything was better than expected. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean and with-in walking distance of restaurants. This was extremely helpful for someone just laying over in Dallas. The neighborhood felt safe so we didn't mind walking to the restaurants. Also, the complimentary shuttle from the airport was great, picked us up quickly and brought us back when we needed.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We especially loved the shuttle. The staff was very prompt in taking us where we needed to go.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. They were also extremely accomodating about running us where we needed to go in the free shuttle. The business center was also extremely useful. I enjoyed not having to carry by laptop on the plane. The hotel was also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. I recommend eating at Joe's Crab Shack. It was amazing.

“Hilton Garden in Grapevine”

I had removed everything from my wallet except drivers license and credit cards and accidently left it in my room at checkout. The hotel called and offered to mail it to me. Everyone was very nice that we came in contact with front desk, housekeeping, dining, shuttle.

“Great place to stay before an early flight out of DFW”

Huge suite with huge jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. quiet room with comfortable bed, internet access and lots of room. Only improvements would have been bigger softer towels and room service not being closed because of holiday. Major bonus was shuttle to airport and being able to leave our car at the hotel. Very convenient!
