Comfortable Hotel.

Everything was great. Room and facilities beautiful. Felt clean. Close to Rangers game. Only problem is we got a Suite, and we expected to have a bathtub. Only stand up shower in room. Also, in all of their hotels Hilton Garden needs to change fixtures. The bathroom sinks faucet is to close to the sink and causes splashing and you can't wash your hands or face easily. Still, I love this hotel.

Arlington Vacation 2014

About the only negatives: Coffee maker did not work! Gentlemen at the front desk couldn't answer one of my questions about the trolly service! Other then that I would give them 4 to 5 across the board. Location was fantastic!!

Located near all major attractions in Arlington

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable but I could hear the neighboring guests conversation and also foot steps. I'm not sure if the footsteps were from the floor above or next to us. I also could not close the drapery completely so the sun light woke me up along with the other guests noise.

Great location, mostly clean

Overall, a 3 out of 5 because of minor unpleasantries. Room itself was great but the refrigerator wasn't cold. No AC or filtered air in elevators, hot. One elevator worked out of 2. Food left in the hallway for 3 days, looked like someone ordered room service. asked hotel staff on 5 different occasions about the 6 Flags shuttle service, not one person mentioned needing to have a return ticket. 3 different answers as to what time trolleys return. Breakfast is kind of overpriced for what's included but good thing there's a Cracker Barrel less than 5 miles away.

Quiet rooms

We always enjoy our stay with Hilton. They have the rooms located away from the doors so you do not ear all of the doors slaming or the maids moving about. We always try to stay at Hilton if at all possible.

Great hotel, convenient location.

Excellent hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff were phenomenal, friendly and helpful, I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The bed was perfect, everything in the room was immaculate , and the breakfast was an excellent value for the price. We were too busy to use the pool and spa but they appeared clean and inviting. It's hard to find a problem at this great hotel, but if I need to be super picky I did find the bathroom faucet spout to be a poor design, it's too short! So short that washing your hands put more water on the counter than in the sink. I wonder if this was unique to room 349 or if all rooms have such an odd faucet?
