Quiet Hotel

Pros: It was quiet as was all by itself with nothing around it. The room was nice.
Cons: Bathroom felt cramped and uncomfortable with the door almost hitting the toilet. Shower doors, only 1 worked. needed more towels, pillows were flat.
Location: Hotel was by itself with nothing nearby. A couple miles to get to restaurants and shopping.
Check in was very abrupt. Was told how to adjust the bed and that was all. Did not tell us there was no bath tub but a shower only. I had to ask about being a Hilton Honors member and if there were any extras...I was given a Hershey's candy bar and a bottled water. Had to ask where the room was located. Was told top just park in front, but discovered much more parking in the back and easier to enter and get to elevators. Also room looked out over back and was able to monitor car from room window that overlooked the back parking.

Birthday getaway

convenient location!

This hotel is convenient to most things in the Dallas area. It was very clean, but as with most hotels the staff had trouble with English. My biggest trouble with this hotel is the indoor pool is located right next to the elevators and I am hyper sensitive to chlorine, so I ended my vacation very very sick

Great Place to stay.

I and a few of my colleagues were in Plano on a business trip. This place was very good. They do have a breakfast that is not always included in the price, but for 5.50 you could have a really good buffet breakfast and can also order off the menu for additional charges. They do have a restaurant/bar also. Rooms were in good condition and they have shuttle services upto 5mi. within driving distance(or you can take the shuttle) to a a lot of malls/DART station and restaurants.

Nice large rooms

Cons: Fix TV remotes, include breakfast in the room rates. Make breakfast a no hassle event.
My room way nice, two rooms with a comfortable bed. The two TV's in the room did not work properly. They remote control would not change channels properly, very frustrating. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. My only real negative is the restaurant, breakfast is not included in the room rate and ordering is a bit confusing. It is different from a real restaurant so someone needs to explain it when you are seated. I just wanted to grab a bite to eat and prepare for the days meetings. I found it hard to do that with the unusual procedures.

Great food, bad beds, thin walls.

Hotel was overpriced for the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep as we could clearly hear people next to us and above us talking and walking around. The gym facility was great and the food there was great but I'm not sure I'd stay her again for business, maybe pleasure, but sleep was a necessity and didn't get it.

Enjoyed but there was a children's soccer tournament so we did hear alot of noise from kids running around. otherwise as always enjoyed the stay.

We choose the Hilton Garden Inn in Richardson again since we enjoyed our last stay one year ago. Great onsite lounge, clean hot tub/pool area. Nice size rooms.
