We will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to here door slamming all night and parting all night. We stayed there for five and it was a nightmare. The night staff was rude the elevator is old and the room furniture is outdated but they have an great breakfast. We rate this hotel 0/10.

Pros: locaiton - it was quiet
Cons: There was no-one at the desk when i arrived at 10pm
The whole floor smelled of smoke - it was not pleasant

Great Holiday Inn

Pros: Location. Location. Location!!
Location: Tons of very nice places to eat, along with very affordable places to eat. Very easy access to the highway to get to other parts of Dallas.
I was in town with a group for a 50th Birthday Party. This Hotel was perfectly located. It was very close to the residential area I was visiting. It is also located very close to a long list of great places to eat. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious. On a side note...one of the women traveling with us made a reservation at the hotel. When we arrived it seems her reservation was made for the wrong date through pre-paid Expedia. I am happy to report the hotel approved a refund to her. That act alone makes this an exceptional hotel!!! I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to friends in the future!!

Okay, but not great

For a Holiday Inn this property was below par. Outdated d├ęcor, a poorly equipped "Fitness Center", and very noisy during odd hours made for a less than stellar stay. With so many options for overnight stays it is puzzling to me how a property like this can be satisfied with being ok.

This hotel is horrible. They did not have enough towels for all of the residents in the hotel. The receptionist was rude to us for the moment we walked in the hotel. I will never stay this hotel or any other Holiay Inn EVER again.

Stayed for a weekend in town house hunting. Room was OK - very average - service for breakfast was not good but they did have one poor girl trying to service a room full of people so it was mismanagement - not her fault. All in all it's just ok.

Clean room! Hot shower! Nice TV! Excellent Room service! A total restful stay at The Holiday Inn Addison... Except I booked and paid for the room thru Expedia and was charged again by Holiday Inn. Moral of the story. If you book thru Expedia make sure the Desk clerk realises that to avoid double charging. Still waiting for the credit.
