Not far from airport or my niece's house.

Pros: Not too far from the airport. Closer to my niece's house. Great room which I shared with my mom. Excellent amenities. Great restaurant.
Location: Visited with relatives, did not sightsee.
Came to Dallas to see my one niece get her PhD and see my other niece's new house.

Bed and linens in bad shape

Staff was great, bed was hard and lumpy, linens were old and pulling. Breakfast was WAY too expensive!!!

Pros: Indoor pool. room service food.
Location: Hernderson/knox strip- restaurants, bars Mockingbird station
Meet my stay expectations. Perfect getaway within my city. Cool bar, great indoor swimming pool. Next to the 75 express freeway.

This hotel was nothing like what I had expected. Based on the description my room would have a microwave and refrigerator . When I arrived I learned it was a first come first serve basis. It took an hour and a half for a microwave to be brought to my room. I was traveling with a six year old and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor heated pool. The pool was freezing and we were not able to use it. The breakfast was very expensive. Next time we will stay at the Hampton where at least we get a free hot breakfast.

Good room close to downtown

Clean room, comfortable bed. Coffee maker didn't work so room service sent up a hot pot of coffee at 6am, that was nice. Parking is poor. Rear door is not secure to allow for access to the back parking lot. Breakfast was really good, but a little pricy at $12 a piece. Be sure to buy it before hand, it's only $5 through Expedia. Overall, good experience. I would stay here again.
