Workforce ImpactPosted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: What I liked most about this establishment is the presence of, Welcome to the Holiday Inn family; We're glad your home.
Cons: When the costumer orders room service, the trays are picked up in a timely fashion. Trays should not wait for the night shift for retrieval.
Hotel staff can make or break a facility. The registration staff goes to great lengths to accommodate the consumer. They take ownership of their role in the presentation of Holiday Inn and should be recognized for their contribution to branding. The bar keep also extended a welcome to an extremely vast scope of clientele. It is important for a workforce of this type of field, to exhibit a universal dynamic in a vastly diverse environment. This gentleman displayed not only an interest in his consumer, but aided in the unity of a small nucleus of energy. As with the registration staff, this gentleman should be recognized as a Holiday Inn representative for diversity in the workplace.

Convenient hotel near the convention hallsPosted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Very easy to access off main highways and plenty of parking.
Cons: Handrail in shower was pulling away from wall but that is about the only thing wrong in the room.
Location: Easy to get to downtown area and fairly close to both Love Field and DFW airports.
Good stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel and good central location for downtownPosted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. It was a short drive to the downtown area.
Cons: The original room that I requested should have been available. This was a large hotel and could have offered me a better room.
Location: The location was great. The museums and downtown were a short drive.
The check-in process was easy and fast. The room that I had originally wanted was not available and was offered another room. This was not a problem for me. I was told about the amenities and was interested in the breakfast. I was surprised one morning that breakfast was NOT included in the stay and that it was separate. The hotel was located in a good central location relative to downtown about 6 minutes away. Overall, the stay was pleasing and the room was decent.

limited room space and difficult area to go aroundPosted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: It was very clean
Cons: interior appearance, room space
Location: Downtown and many freeways
Barely enough room to move around the room. Very difficult to drive around do the location of the hotel. We got lost so many times, even with the navigator. It is nicely close to the downtown and freeways, but it's complicated to move around.

So nice after a long trip.Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Pillows and bed; helpful staff.
Cons: Restaurant entry, maybe not around the drinkers at the bar.
Location: A diner nearby for that American Diner, pie eating experience-- very good: great prices, good fo od.
So comfortable. The beds, the Pillows!! Embroiled with a S, or a H etc so you can have a pillow matched to your choice. It's a bit away from the shops, but a shuttle bus will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius to get where you want to go. Nice people, nice service.

A Texas HolidayPosted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Location: JFK - 2 mi - $23 park & audio tour -Worth it! Bush Library 5 mi- about $23 w/park- plan all day - Amazing! Fair Park Musical -Yes! Globe - No!
We were overall pleased with our stay. The staff was very accommodating. They were welcoming to a couple, who were friends of ours from Texas. The three things we had not thought to ask before we got there and maybe should be told verbally to all the vacationers, not just in print or not at all: 1. The breakfast is an extra fee. (Around $7-$10) 2. The pool does not open until April 1st (It is outside, but it was warm when we arrived the end of March and we are from up north). 3. If a refrigerator and microwave are not in your room, there is an extra rental fee for you, if you need one. (We were happy to have them in ours :0)) We would stay again and just plan a little more. Thank you again to the friendly staff!

It was fine. Nothing to write home about. Stayed 1 night, nothing terrible. Little older, but nice enough for the price and location.
