Pros: give me a discount
Cons: Get the things fixed or give a discount for inconvienience
I have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was very different. My television didn't (this is the second time that i have stayed there and the tv didnt work, the fixed it the first time) work and I called to have them fix it and they said they would be right up but never showed up! The hot tub was out of order and that is the main reason why I stay at this hotel. I just didn't feel like they cared about anything I had to say about my experience there.

food was bad, beds were hard and not a queen size like it said on my reservation, pool over heated and set alarms off the night before I checked in and was still to hot to swim in the weekend I was there!

Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Close to the Dallas market center. Not much else nearby that I would have enjoyed.
Hotel was nice, location not as nice. Had a hard time finding places to eat.

Hotel was nice. Mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. Both of us woke up hours early, unable to sleep due to bed being rock hard.

Somewhat Uncomfortable on several levels

I found this HIE site to be extremely lacking in customer service, neighborhood and amenities. The front desk personnel dressed like they were going for a jog. The neighborhood did not accommodate a morning jog. But the worst was the swimming pool. The water was so HOT that it was impossible to use. We booked this hotel because our granddaughter was having surgery the next day at Children's Hospital and she LOVES to swim. After the surgery she wouldn't be allowed to swim for about a month. So we thought what a great opportunity to give her a few hours in a pool before her surgery. All we got was disappointment. And the front desk didn't seem concerned. I wish I would have picked a different hotel. This is the first time we,ve ever had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn Express.

If you're up for listening to ambulances all night, heat which won't get your room above 65, and a staff that either didn't care or was unhelpful this is the place to stay.

Dissatisfied and disappointed

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk was nice but the rest of the staff of this hotel IS NOT FRIENDLY. In the room the bed sheets were torn and stained, there was no coffee maker. We enjoyed the pools. Good location. Very good restaurants around. Foyer lights were off at night. The carpet in this hotel was dirty and stained. In the morning breakfast staff was moody. Also the cleaning staff and their cars were clogging the hallway. Overall this place to stay one night but need to improve the supervision of their employees and be more helpful to customers. I was sad and disappointed
