Pros: Very nice and helpful people.
Location: Close to the airport was the main thing.
We had a very good time. I will look forward to stay Holiday Inn Express again. Very good breakfast!

Amount paid for hotel doesn't match with room cond

Amount paid for hotel doesn't match with room conditions. Looks like Motel 8 hotel. Doesn't seems Hilton standard rooms. Rooms looks like from 80s looks.

Pros: Rooms were nice, they cleaned every day and you received fresh towels, etc.
Cons: Breakfast, it was not like other Holiday Inns I've stayed in where there is more selection. One morning the only coffee was decaf, till 30-35 minutes.
Location: Good location to the DFW airport, terrible location for places to eat or shop. It says the Denney's is walking distance if 2 miles is ok.
The air conditioner stayed on 24/7 unless you turn it off completely. Most units maintain the temp and turn off, this one didn't.

Musty, moldy, worn out oldie

Pros: Not much for what I paid.
Cons: Almost everything. The lobby area was really nice, but people don't spend much time there. Everything outside of the lobby was tired and worn,
Location: NOTHING along the line of restaurants very close. Not even fast food. Closest anything was a run down C-Store and you had to drive to get to it.
Take away the nice pillows and complimentary breakfast, and this is a cheap, dumpy motel. 1. Window A/C unit ran ALL THE TIME, not just long enough to hit your temp setting. All night long REALLY loud. 2. Iron was a piece of junk. I ruined my shirt with (a) water leaking all over, and (b) bits of black gunk shooting all over my shirt from the steam jets. Had to ask for another iron and wear my second shirt two straight days, 3. No cell signal some times, not much of one at others. 4. ONE elevator -- not one bank of two or three elevators, but ONE for a three story 300+ room "hotel." 5. Coffee served at breakfast was terrible. Either (a) super cheap coffee, watered down, and not properly brewed, or (b) leftover and then reheated (that's what it tasted like), or (c) both. 6. Signage was terrible. You can see property from Expressway, but there is only one small, street level sign barely visible from the service road as you drive by. If you miss the turn in on the one way service road, you need to get back on the freeway, double back a couple of miles, and drive back down the service road. 7. Carpet in the room was worn. Caulking in the shower looked like it was applied by a child. Hallways were dim. 8. Couldn't access hotel from multiple doors via keycard reader. Only one entrance in front that was somewhere between not close and quite far from most parking spots -- so a long walk to the door. Not helpful when it's raining. HI Express ought to take their flag down!

Great hotel!!!

Pros: Clean rooms and nice bed!!!!
Location: The airport is very close and Texas Motor Speedway is about 20minutes away which is perfect!!
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was a king bed with a couch that could be pulled out into a bed. The room was so clean and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The bed was very comfortable and the room was above our expectations! We will definitely stay in this hotel again!
