“Clean, friendly, comfy bed and quiet”

Clean room and the workers were friendly. I did notice the carpet in our room was torn all the way across the entire room and the shower looked like it had had some shelves that had been removed. The bar area was not open, said it was closed for renovations. We walked across to a different hotel and went to the bar area there.... The bed was very comfy and the hotel was quiet... Those things are very important to me.

“Great hotel!”

Super clean. Wasn't amazingly exquisite or anything, but it was very nice for the price. Only complaint is we went downstairs to have breakfast at 1015 and they said they were closed... who wakes up mega early on vaca just to eat? Nonetheless, would definitely stay here again if we come back.

“Probably wouldnt go back”

The hotel, room, and pool was beautiful. The only complaint I had was breakfast. When we bought the room on expedia.com we chose king bed with breakfast. The other options did not include breakfast. We spoke to 2 desk clerks. The morning one and night one. They both were rude regarding this subject and would only give us 1 breakfast coupon. They did not have free breakfast. They said expedia was not suppose to have this option. Whatever. You had to pay aound $8 and the breakfast was not any better then other hotels free meals. That was very annoying because I only book hotles with breakfast. Also the room we received had 2 queen beds.

“Simple, clean, and easy”

We stayed here for a one night stop in Dallas. The price was excellent and the room was really wonderful. Nothing too fancy but it was clean and very accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Area recommendations
The stonebriar mall/area was extremely new and nice. Great eats and shopping all within a mile of the hotel.

“Slept like a baby”

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The free breakfast was great. However, after reading the reviews, I knew to ask the front desk for vouchers for the breakfast at check-in. But, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

“Good overall, couple of disappoinments”

We got the bed and breakfast package which was a good deal for the price, but the service during breakfast was lacking. When we checked in nobody gave us our breakfast passes, and the next morning the hostess never told us there was a buffet. We sat at our table looking at the menu for like 15-20 minutes before we figured out what was going on. The breakfast itself was adequate, nothing special but better than going out since we didn't want to leave The room itself was fine as well, but we were just expecting better for the area. Staff was nice, again adequate, just not too friendly or helpful.

Area recommendations
Nearby mall and restaurants are great. We went to the Allen Outlet mall as well the next day and it was great. Plenty of good deals, lots of things to do. Great area.

“Best price, great neighborhood, great service”

The staff was extremely helpful and amazingly nice. They treated me like I was a vip and I was only there 2 nights. I have been all over the world and I never thought the nicest hotel for the price would be in Frisco, TX. The area is a "rich" area of town so a lot of nice places to go to eat but there is also a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Restaurant staff could use a little adjustment but over all this hotel was well worth the price.
