“Business type hotel with great staff and amenities”

Indoor pool was nicely heated and there were hardly any small children there given this is a business type hotel. The fitness room equipment was in great condition and the sauna was clean and worked perfect. The hotel restaurant had wonderful service and great food. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. If you don't get breakfast included in your stay it's a little pricey though. The bed was a little hard for my taste but my husband loved it and slept very well. The statues of the zoo animals in the outdoor area were a nice touch. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.

“Beautiful Hotel”

My recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the room were very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a full workout room that was very clean and easily accessible. There is even a washer and dryer to take care of your laundry during your stay. The only downside of my stay was the fact that the hotel restaurant had limited hours due to the holidays. However, room service was available instead. The hotel is easily accessible to the freeway, and there are a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. Overall, this was a great experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations; I was very pleased at the building itself, the staff, and the great location and neighborhood. Every single person I interacted with from check in, to house keeping, to the bartender were amazingly friendly--even when I did annoying things like lock my key in my room--twice. They just smiled and said, "No problem at all". The lobby was beautiful and the room was perfectly cleaned and prepared. Connecting to the wireless internet was easy and reliable. This property has a nice restaurant and bar, and is also in walking distance to Humperdink's, which is similar to a TGI Friday's, but bigger and with a little better food. I wish every hotel I stayed at were as nice as this Holiday Inn.

“ok hotel”

It's a 3-star hotel, so was not expecting much. Twin beds slant backwards some so put my head at foot of bed (slept backwards). TV remote needed new batteries.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed was comfy, the bathroom had beautiful tile with a mirror that enlarges the image so my husband could shave with ease. Mini fridge in the room. Nice bar/restaurant and pool. Will definitely stay here again upon future trips to Dallas.
