Too much $ for value

Pros: Location and outside appearance. Lobby okay too.
Cons: Heat the inside pool. Clean the outside pool. Better maid service.
Location: Close to everything on this side of town - Northpark Mall about 10 minutes.
We stayed 2 days. The outside pool was completely green and unusable. The inside pool was very cold. No hot tub. The floor needed mopped in our room. We stayed 2 nights but only had 1 coffee and it was not replaced. This hotel needs updated and the cost of the room far exceeded the value.

Dear hotel guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Without comments such as yours we would never know where we are falling short. Rest assured we will speaking with our chief engineer about the upkeep of the pools, as well as with our housekeeping manager to ensure that all of our staff are adhering to standards. Needless to say, you shouldn't have to ask for a new coffee on your second day if the room has already been cleaned. You may have noticed the story boards located next to the desk outlining our current renovation plans. We are proud to inform you that we have completed two demo rooms and are just waiting on final approval from IHG. Then we will be diving into the rest of the rooms at full steam replacing everything floor to ceiling. We agree 100% regarding the updating needed and are happy that big changes are on the way. AC did not work. room was dreadfully hot. very long hot uncomfortable night.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent stay with us. We try to be proactive and spot problems before our guests encounter them, but it appears that we missed the A/C in your room. For future reference, just let us know if you encounter such a problem and we will be happy to repair it or move you to another room where you will be comfortable. As you may have seen from the display boards in the lobby, we are begining a complete renovation of the hotel where we will be replacing the older A/C units throughout the hotel, as well as all of the room furnishings. We hope you give us another chance after the renovations to provide the excellent service and product that you deserve as a guest in our hotel. Great Experience

Pros: The breakfast was great.
Cons: Noisy neighbors, children running up and down the hall and slamming doors late into the early morning when they should be sleeping.
Location: My business was in Dallas so didn't see much of Richardson.
I was in town on business for one night so I was out most of the day until late at night and used the hotel for sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was very pleased with the appearance of the hotel, the room was neat and clean.

It was great!! The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great; continental plus hot bacon, sausage, eggs, salsa, potatoes, biscuits and gravy (be sure and get your complimentary breakfast coupon (if included in your rate) at the front desk at check in).

It was nice and friendly. Clean and restful. I ssked for a reciept and the clerk said no. I didnt like that.
