Nice hotel, but beds are uncomfortable!

Pros: The size and cleanliness of the room and the breakfast.
Cons: THE MATTRESSES AND BEDS WERE HORRIFICALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!
Location: The location was excellent with lots of nearby restaurants etc.
Although this was a nice hotel with clean rooms and a great amount of space in our suite, the beds were super uncomfortable! My husband and I kept rolling toward the sunken middle of the mattress, and we slept terribly as a result. The breakfast was EXCELLENT though--best I've had at a "continental breakfast."

Good Experience Overall

All staff was friendly. The room was clean, and spacious. The only negative thing I could say is that the shower had not been cleaned as well as it should have been after the last guests. I do not want to see someone else's hair when I go to take a shower. Aside from that, everything else was clean and comfortable. The location was close to our destination, and I would probably recommend it to others.

Always enjoy staying at Homewood Inn & Suites. Disappointed that we paid extra to reserve a King bed room and there were only doubles available when we checked in.

Great Breakfast. Not so clean room.

Our check in resulted in a room which had a foul odor. Management moved us to a different room. We found hairs on pillows. We requested and received new pillow cases for all of the pillows. Nice room. Great hot breakfast. Good value. Please clean your rooms better.
