Pros: Location, room, Staff, Food,
Cons: Change mattresses out to Temper putric
Location: Lots of good places to eat that were close by. Easy to get too from Bush Freeway and the Curtis Culwell Center.
Breakfast was EXCELLENT. Staff outstanding, Room was great. We just wish everyone would put in Temper purtic mattresses!

Great experiencePosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We booked a group of rooms for for my sons wedding. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. They provided a shuttle for guests to get to the wedding and back to the hotel which was very nice, as they made several scheduled trips to pick people up and drop them off. I did not get a chance to try the free breakfast but our guests stated it was good. Thank you!

The suite was a must as we had a baby along, and they provided the crib! This was also a handicap-accessible room, so there was lots of space. The fridge and microwave were needed too. Breakfast is always good with make-it-yourself waffles. Other things they had included scrambled eggs, western omelets, biscuits & gravy, bacon (not all days), sausage, and the standard yogurt, fruit, breads, and cereals. If coming from the airport, get the toll highway pass from the car rental agency because it's worth it - the hotel is right off the Bush highway. A parking lot and connection to the train line are within a half mile back west on the Bush. On Jupiter, the cheapest gas is just north of the hotel, and there are several good barbecue places nearby (south near Arapaho), as well as a grocery store (north, corner of 14th). Too busy to get to the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. Fitness center crowded on Monday morning. Best place we could have picked.

Very clean room, no technical glitches, enough room for the five of us to spread out.

Great place to stay!Posted Aug 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was clean. Rooms were comfortable. Pool was clean and maintained. Hotel staff were very professional. Hot breakfast in the morning was good. Hotel lobby was very enviting with plenty of couches and chairs to just sit and relax, watch tv or read a book. Overall if your looking for a place to stay in the area, this is the place.

Very nice hotelPosted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: Very clean and quiet.
Cons: The refrigerator froze some of our food when the ice maker was turned on.
Location: Great location for visiting with friends that live in Plano and sightseeing in Dallas.
The hotel was very clean and is in a good location for getting around the city. The room was not stuffy at all. This was a problem in most of the other hotels we stayed in. My family really enjoyed staying here!

In a scale 1-10, this hotel is an ELEVEN.Posted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
I can't rave enough about this place. Cheerful and professional staff from top to bottom. They serve a quality complimentary breakfast everyday and not or run of the mill stale danish and lukewarn coffee either. Hot fresh and differenct main dishes everyday. During the weekdays they serve a complimentary dinner as well with the same level of quality. Every nook and cranny of this facility is kept pristine. I will book here again the next time I'm in the area.

We didn't get the room we wanted. Expedia booked us a king bed instead of 2 queen beds. Thank goodness some of our people didn't show up.
