“Family friendly”

We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and although she didn't stay the night with us, the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating while she was there. We had an early check in but wanted a room with a tub, which wasn't available so they let us all hang out in a room until ours was ready. This place was pretty out of my normal price range but we were celebrating my birthday, and I'm so glad I chose Hotel ZaZa!

“Wonderful Hotel”

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Everyone in this hotel were very helpful, polite and courteous. We will definitely come back and stay in this Hotel again.

“Great Hotel, no kids though. Nice change”

Wonderful Hotel, very unique. Expensive but worth it. All the Hotel personal was pleasant except for the gal working the Spa desk. She had an attitude, we spoke with her on Saturday, Feb 23rd at 3pm. We can't wait to save enough money to go back and visit!!

“Get the peach jalapeno martini!!”

The service was great; both the front desk and room service. Location wasn't too important to our trip, but it was a pleasant surprise that we were so close to much of what Dallas had to offer.

“Fun hotel!”

Great environment. Definitely an adult hotel and not recommend for families or children. The staff do everything possible to make your stay exceptional. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are very quiet--not much noise from the other guests or hall traffic. Perfect location for downtown Dallas with lots of activities within walking distance.

“Zaza was ZZZGREAT!”

Hotel Zaza - Dallas was awesome. Staff was very attentive. Room Service food was terrific! Hotel seemed more for adults, which I liked. I will definitely recommend to friends and I will definitely stay there again when in Dallas.

“Great for a weekend getaway”

The hotel and its staff are outstanding. Rooms are beatiful and extremely comfortable. Be careful with googling "ZaZa Dallas". Hotel ZaZa in Dallas showw up with "888" number. I hit dial and phone was answered "Hotel ZaZa". I made a reservation for the spa. Only later did I find out that that number is actually at ZaZa in Houston. My credit card was charged $144 but later refunded.

“A Must”

If you don't know where to stay in Dallas, stay at Hotel ZaZa. Hip, fun, upscale, classy, luxurous. If you are disappointed by this fantastic place then you are far too hard to please. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in.
