“Zaza is a boutique worth staying at”
Always a great stay at Zaza, good staff, great service and great location near restuarants, health club and bars. Room is clean, bed comfortable. I stay there whenever I go to Dallas.
“Really nice hotel in Downtown Dallas”
Nice property, great room!
“Fun place to stay!”
For a fun, unique time while in Dallas try the ZaZa. It's filled with art and fun. The bar area is lively, and the food in the Dragonfly delicious. Our room with a balcony was roomy and super comfortable. The gym was perfect for some morning exercise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
“One of the best hotel experiences I've had”
My friends rented this room for my birthday and I have to say it was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The service was phenomenal, the room was really nice and the overall experience was great. The staff went to extra lengths to make sure we had a nice stay and I will definitely be staying again.
“Great place...will return”
The room was wonderful...tastefully decorated. Located very close to great restaurants (Nick & Sams). Will definitely return hopefully soon.
“Za za Dallas”
Check in time for this hotel is 4:00 PM. I called the Thursday before the Saturday arrival to confirm check in time and asked if I arrive early are guests allowed to lay out by the pool until the room is ready. I was told yes that my luggage would be held with concierge and I would be allowed to lay out at the pool. I arrived at 2:00 PM on Saturday and was then told upon arrival that the swimming pool is closed for a wedding. Guests were allowed to order drinks at the bar but were not allowed in the pool. I was staying in Dallas for an event that began at 7PM. My room was not available until 5:30 PM. When I checked back with the front desk at 4PM I was told it would be 20more minutes and they gave me a voucher to order an appetizer and a glass of wine until my room was ready. I then went to the restaurant area and ordered a glass of wine. I waited for 15 minutes before I received the glass of wine. I waitress admitted she had forgotten about me and told me it was on the house. When I informed her that I had a voucher for a voucher for an appetizer and wine she informed me that I was given incorrect information, The voucher was for dessert and wine if an entree was ordered. I felt as if I was completely mistreated in this Hotel and my room was not available until 5:30 and this was only after the waitress called the front desk. Completely unacceptable for caliber of hotel. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay at Zaza Dallas.
“Totally Different”
This hotel is totally different than the usual hotel stay. I travel quite a bit and was very excited to stay at Hotel ZA ZA, as I had heard wonderful things about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was really comforable and just "cool" in every aspect. The decorations in the room and the hotel overall were very unique which is what makes the hotel special. I also love that the room had a white noise fan that really put me out and if there was any noise, I never heard it. The only thing I would caution is the nightlife there is definately for the younger crowd so if you're thinking youre going to the bar to have a quiet evening its a very hopping and happening place. If youre into that scene then you'll love it.
“Dallas's Most Hip Hotel!!! A Class Act!!”
Love Hotel ZaZa!!!
“Can't wait to go back”
It's a great hotel, beautifull and even better than the pictures on the web!!
“They allow dogs - but they don't soundproof the walls!”
I enjoyed my three night stay at the Zaza until about 11PM on my last night. Then I heard a barking dog in the room next door. I called downstairs to ask if they allowed dogs and was told yes. I complained and was told that security would come to take care of the problem. About 45 minutes later, the noise ceased. I love dogs, but if an upscale hotel is going to allow them, the walls should be EXTREMELY well soundproofed. It is a pity that some insensitive guests leave their dogs unattended while going out for a night on the town. I expected more of a 4-star hotel of the caliber of the Zaza.
