Pros: Pretty much everything.
Location: AT&T Stadium, the Ballpark, Six Flags, lots of things to do.
Nice, clean room. Easy to find. Convenient location. Reasonably priced.

Hyatt takes "room requests" not reservations. They may have 25 king rooms but take requests for mire. My room was reserved for late arrival. At arrival there were NO king nonsmoking rooms available. We were able to MOVE to a room matching my request the next day.

This hotel is always priced well, the rooms are spacious and always very clean. They also have a KILLER breakfast. Absolutely awesome breakfast.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was less than 2 miles from AT&T Stadium, so that was a plus. The only suggestion I would make is to ask for a room far from the elevator. Our room was directly in front of it. People waiting for the elevator a seemed to forget that their voices can carry. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Pros: COMFORT; FRIENDLINESS; PRICE; HELPFUL EMPLOYEES; THE LITTLE BAR WITH SNACKS AND THE ROOMS
Cons: NONE
Location: PERFECT LOCATION BETWEEN AIRPORT, DALLAS AND FORT WORTH
STAIED THEIR 2 NIGHTS; MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE FROM THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED TO THE LAST MINUTE WHEN WE LEFT

Perfect hotel for our family of 6. Great rate for a large sized room & breakfast. This is not our first stay at this establishment...it is our go to hotel when in the Arlington area. There are so many good things to say about this hotel as many have said before me. I will just make mention of the one and only negative thought I had. We arrived for check-in around 10pm. The check-in attendant was a bit odd...he would ask me a question and not listen to the answer and he was very slow at checking in others before me. My 10 year old had asked to be given the room key...as part of a fun experience of getting to open the room door. I agreed he could have the key card, but the attendant did not. He gave my son an evil eye and while staring at him, handed me the card. I'm not sure if this is company policy that they must hand the card to an adult...which I would totally understand and if this were the case a short explanation would have been nice. Instead the hotel employee just came across as a jerk. I do want to add that the morning breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping the tables cleared when guest were done eating.
