“An Unlikely Jewel”

I loved staying in this little place of calm in the middle of Dallas! One of the nicest features is that they have created their lobby to be an "experience". This means it's almost like walking into a Starbucks. Right next to the front desk, you can peruse sandwiches, snacks, desserts, and beverages for prices more reasonable than your usual mini-fridge. You can walk up to the small bar area and pull up an online menu, then place your order, and the food will be brought to you. We sampled the tomato basil soup (excellent) and several sandwiches and breakfast while there, and ate in a semi-private area with our own TV. Alternatively, they provide a large kitchen complete with sitting area, should you prefer to bring your own food and cook it yourself! The room (2 doubles) was spacious and had a large sectional sofa that turned into a queen, which was handy when we had a guest join us. The parking is gated, providing an unneeded sense of safety, but much appreciated. And, best of all, you could not hear people walking up and down the hallway, doors closing, the freeway, and etc!!!

Hotel has changed names and undergone an up grade since our previous stay. They could improve the breakfast buffet which is modest in size, but adequate.

Nice room, friendly staff, was not afraid to walk around barefoot. Room Was very clean.

This is an excellent hotel and the room features were great. The lobby is very nice and the dessert counter was excellent. The staff made you feel right at home and they do a good job of joking and making you feel welcomed. I was surprised by the limit offerings for breakfast. This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place and I thought it might be more like a Homewood Suites as far as their breakfast offerings. Otherwise great stay and I would stay at a Hyatt Place again.

It was my first time visiting Dallas and I believe I chose well with Hyatt Place. Everyone who worked there was nice, the rooms were fantastic and it was in a central location to everything! I loved staying there and I will most definitely go back.

We loved the hotel but the Service was amazing. Everytime we came or left the people at the front desk always asked about our days adventures. Always polite and very friendly. The Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the room was gorgous. Will be telling everyone about this Hotel.

“Great Staff”

Very nice hotel at a great location for what I was in Dallas for!! The staff was very friendly and sincere. I had an accident with my car keys and the gap between the elevator and the threshold (the keys fell between the two and ended up in the bottom of the elevator shaft) at sometime around 7:30 p.m. the staff was amazing and was able to call the people that helped them retrieve my keys in about 20 minutes. Not to say that retrieving the keys was a special feat, but nobody ever made me feel like the idiot I had already convinced myself I was. Thanks everyone for a superb stay, I'll be back in a couple of months!!
