Close to take offPosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: I liked the space, the cleanliness, and amenities.
Location: airport was nearby (literally shuttles left every 10 minutes and took you to your gate or a walk away if you wanted to carry luggage.
It was literally next to DFW airport however you would not know because the sounds did not effect our stay. It was clean and well kept. My daughter's loved the balcony area as well as the extra pillows. I enjoyed the additional closet space and amount of mirrors they had In the room. We were there for a cheerleading competition and need that extra touch for getting around several team members at early hours.

This hotel is close to the airportPosted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: The breakfast is tasty.
Cons: May be you can suggest free WiFi in the hotel
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is clean too. There are some restaurants ,lounge bars , souvenirs shop and fitness center there. The meal, which We ordered was very tasty. The staff is polite in the hotel. When we stayed in the hotel we could chose that floor which we desired at that moment. And we were interested the highest floor in the hotel because we'd like to have wonderfull views of the airport, which is located near here. It's very comfortable to park a car, because it is very close to the hotel. And also I could calls from the hotel to my friends without time limit. Only it's not convenient for us that we couldn't use WiFi in the hotel. We must pay for it. In the morning we could use free shuttle to the airport. Every twenty minutes the bus shuttle took passengers from the hotel to the airport, to the different terminals. We'd like to return to this hotel next time too.

Great stay for our family.Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Large, comfortable rooms, a terrific, modern bath/ shower, comfortable beds, complete fitness center, free parking, rooms were truly sound-proof.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi would be a nice addition.
Location: Restaurants in Grapevine and Las Colinas were easy to access. Lots of shopping in Grapevine and Southlake (less than 15 minutes away).
This is a nice, top-end hotel convenient to the airport and not difficult to navigate if driving from elsewhere (free parking was appreciated). The rooms were updated a few years ago, but still look very new. The staff was friendly and attentive (though a request for more towels was left unfulfilled--we had to get them off the cleaning cart!). Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay. An indoor pool would have been nice; the outdoor pool was very nice looking, but the day was chilly and we had to pass. Since there aren't really "smoking" areas inside, poolside became a proxy "smoking area," but this wasn't that bad. The soundproofing blocked out all airport noise--we never felt like we were at DFW Airport. We would recommend the hotel to others.

Perfect ReassignmentPosted Apr 7, 2014
Location: Near DFW
We were bumped from our original hotel due to over booking. What a pleasant surprise. The Hyatt DFW was perfect for our travel plans. We had an early flight departure the next morning and the location made it super easy. We were able to return our rental car the night before and walk to our terminal from the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel and caught the Kentucky v. Wisconsin Final Four game. Great "change of plans" situation. Thanks to Expedia for their prompt service, too!

Nice and convenient for an overnight connectionPosted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: The location was superconvenient for my early morning connection.
I booked this hotel because I had an overnoght connection at DFW. The hotel is literally in the parking lot of the airport. I was able to walk there from the American Airlines concourse, though if you haveluggage you'll want to wait for the shuttle as there are several staircases to ascend and/or descend as you navigate across multiple parking structures. The walk took only about five minutes. Check in was quick and smooth, and the hotel still had a bar and restaurant open when I got there around 9pm, along with a coffee and snack bar. The room was clean and spacious, though you could occasionally hear jets taking off and landing - I had always wondered how they blocked out the noise and the answer is that they don't completely block it out, though it is significantly muffled.

the entire stay was wonderful with the exception of one thing. Employee came out and tiok over our shuttle. Cleared everyone off and brought some guests on. Driver was confused and argued but lost. We had to wait a long time as a result.

Bird's eye viewPosted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: The proximity to our terminal and the elegant accomodations . Next time we will stay longer
Location: Fly on any airline !
This airport terminal hotel is simply beautiful. From the lobby the vibrant bar, restaurant , registration desk , concierge and heated pool can all be seen. Our room was gorgeous and the balcony gave us a fun view of the runways . Wi fi is free . A delicious coffee shop was our first stop in the lobby. Then we moved to the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful supper . In the morning, the Hyatt shuttled us directly to our terminal .

Very nice hotel with beautiful views.Posted Mar 31, 2014
I booked an "ocean view" room and when I got there all I saw out my window was ground and street light things. However they did put us in a different room the following night. Everything was very pretty and friendly staff but unless you're rich I don't suggest eating or drinking there. Way over priced. We requested a mini fridge and went to the local Amigo grocery store and bought our own food and dined out at nearby restaurants.
