Nice hotel

Posted Jul 29, 2015
I had an amazing time staying here. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. They gave me a room with a view just because I requested one. The room was comfortable and very clean and I am extremely picky about those things. The valet service was excellent and worth the extra money. They were very prompt in getting your car when you needed and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to all attractions in Dallas

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Very clean and classy rooms, very wonderful and helpful staff.
Cons: The elevator - It feels like you go from 0 to 30 in 2 seconds with a lot of pressure.
Location: The location of the Hotel was great, you could look out and see almost the whole downtown Dallas, out side of our window.
Upon check in we were greeted by the hotel staff and felt very welcomed. I booked our room city view so we could look out on the city (which was an amazing view). There is a bunch of track tracks below the hotel and the trains run almost non stop, but it did not bother me or my fiance. They provide earplugs in the room to accommodate you if it does. We were 19 floors up and it was wonderful, only down fall about it was the elevators - they are very powerful and would make our ears pop and get a headache every time we would ride them. This was our first time in Dallas so we had no clue about anything - the concierges were more than helpful telling us about the town and good local restaurants. The vallet was very accommodating for us, you pay a little more for it but it is worth every penny. We would call to have our car waiting for us and never had a hard time getting through to them and we never had to wait on our car. The best thing I loved was Starbucks in the lobby. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again if we go back to Dallas.

The perfect hotel pick!

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: This hotel is 4 star in every way. Spacious, modern rooms Friendly and knowledgeable hotel stuff Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby
Cons: The pool area is disappointing. A very small pool, a few lounge chairs. Some improvement is definitely necessary. Self park is $18, valet park $28!
We stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions.

Nice, Clean. Recommend!

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Clean.
Cons: available parking was $15.00 a day.
Location: This was a business/work trip.
Nice, Clean rooms. Will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the self-parking surcharge of $15 per day.

Room with a view of the city of Dallas

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Atrium, access to historic area, great view
Cons: Buffet needs to be improved; pool was rather small; no hot tub
Buffet for dinner & breakfast was mediocre. Spacious areas and facilities. Gracious hotel staff; room was always clean & in excellent condition; bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Great Hotel, too bad.....

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: It was beautiful with great customer service. The concierge provided a great recommendation for dinner. The restaurant was perfect!
Cons: It would be nice if we are notified when booking a City view room that the train tracks go with it. Then it would be up to us to make a choice.
Location: The Reunion Tower was worth the trip up.Great views of Dallas.
It's a great hotel, too bad it's located next to train tracks. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I requested City view, but it wasn't worth the cost because with city view you are placed next to the train tracks. Had I known, I would have requested a regular room and probably slept through the night.

A one nighter!

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Great responsive staff. Very clean new room. Large and comfortable. A bit noisy near the elevator but that's at every hotel near the elevator. Love the 24 hr coffee shop. Some of us are up at 4 am every day!

Good Enough

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Might as well pay the extra for valet parking. Self parking is in an inconvenient location and worse if you are carrying your luggage around.
