“trugruJB”
We were dissappointed that the rooms had no fridge or micro. Something we find useful. Also coffee machine makes oned cup at a time, a first for us.
“Clean and nice!”
This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. It is a large quality hotel and our room was superb. Location was close to the place we were there to visit. Staff was friendly. We will DEFINITELY go back here when we return to Dallas in the spring!
“Great Place to Stay”
The Hyatt offered great customer service from the time of check-in to checking out. The representatives were friendly and professional. I really liked the design of the room in that the bed (king) was around the corner fromt the bathroom, giving the perfect amount of separation/privacy if staying with a guest. There was also a quaint sitting area between the two with an adjacent mirror, vanity/kitchen area. Definitely a Great Place to Stay!
“Good hotel, if you're working in the area”
It's a Hyatt. The place is nice enough. It's right next to the office where I'm working during the week, so this hotel is my Monday - Thursday home. The hotel breakfast is subpar. It would be adequate if this was a Staybridge suite. But for a Hyatt? Weak. I prefer to play frogger across the street and get a coffee and some food at Panera. The room is nice enough. Bed is very comfortable. The desk is nice. Iron and closet are good for me to straighten my shirts and hang them up for the week. The front desk girls are pleasant enough, but maybe a little too stoically professional. The gym should be better. Cardio machines are ok. Weight machines are historically old and there are only 4. Dumbbells only go to 40lbs max. Add in a cable crossover machine with a pull up bar and the situation would improve. So if you need to work in the area, this is a good option. If you're a tourist, pick another part of town.
“Convenient Hotel in Dalls/Richardson”
Non exciting but very clean and excellent staff
“Loved tha hotel and the restaurant on site.”
We had a great experience. We can't wait to go back.
“Very nice hotel. Clean and great location.”
Other than a few worn carpets, this hotel is worthy of its 4 stars. Very clean and comfy with friendly and helpful staff. Free parking but there is a 9.95 fee for internet and no complimentary snacks in the lobby.
“nice place, good location”
Excellent helpful front office staff. Very clean room and good shower. excellent location with several restaurants nearby, and close to DART system for transportation downtown Dallas if needed. Woudl stay here again.
“Mommy Break”
I had a great stay. However, I had two minor disappointments. First, the wifi was 9.95/day and it was not clearly stated up front in the general description of the hotel. Second, the hotel advertised an HD tv, which it was but the channels were clearly not broadcasted in HD. If I was staying longer than one night I would have inquired about my disappointments. Other than those minor issues it was a great stay.
“North Dallas best stay”
All the compforts of home away from home, and outstanding service.
