“i wouldnt go back”

the air didnt work right and the floor felt yucky, and the shower/bath didnt drain right...the house keeper also would just knock at the and open it befor you could even get up and answer it or say anything, then she would she you and leave....

“Won't recommend anyone to stay here.”

The reservation was made via expedia for 2 days. The staff came the first morning twice within half hour knocking on the door asking if we were going to stay or leave! I have never seen that happen ever before, that staff comes to ask that question, leave alone twice. To add to that, the third time they called the room phone to ask the same question again. We repeatedly told them we had reservation for 2 days via Expedia, and the receptionist said we only received money for 1 day and so on. She said we had to deal with that with Expedia which was outrageous. It should be their job not mine. The receptionist later called and said it was taken care of and did not even apologize. The same thing happened the next day, they came back knocking on the door asking us if we were checking out!?!?! Ridiculous. Rooms were only ok. The wallpaper was coming off in a place or two and the restroom floor was somewhat not clean. ALso the shower had a thing hanging from it. I would not advice to stay here. Also, the room in their posting said breakfast, there was no breakfast, only coffe and tea. That also they turn off by 10 AM. Lots of better hotels nearby for very similar price.

“Totally dissatisfied”

The room was nasty, the towels had hair in them. There was two rings of dirt going around the tub. You had to pay to watch basic cable. The neighbors were loud and it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. I'm glad I had my own blanket, towels and a big can of Lysol. I wish I would've brought some bleach with me.

“not so great”

tv did not work...remote did not work...shower curtain was so short that water leaked onto bathroom floor and my child slipped and knocked the toilet lid off...baby roaches in the bathtub and crawling around on the nightstand....wifi was so weak i couldn't access it....

“Will never stay again”

I was visiting Dallas for medical reasons. When I seen this room, I felt so disappointed and wanted to just leave. I had no other money to go rent elsewhere, so I just stuck it out. I have never been so unhappy with a motel like this one.
