“Super Dallas Stay”

My son and I stayed at this hotel during a recent stay in Dallas. This location is super with easy access to the various highways, downtown and shopping areas close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and clean. Mini fridge,microwave and coffee pot in the room helps stretch the travel dollar.

I frequent this area of Dallas often and will definitely choose this hotel again. The staff were very helpful with information and the room was very clean and neat. I really appreciated the hotel staff following through with getting the crib for our toddler - it was ready and waiting when we arrived. That's superb service! Great rates for great service!

“Completely Satisfied Everytime”

Consistency is very important to me and I'm never disappointed at this location. Very efficient staff, always clean and quiet so I have stayed there several times and will continue to do so.

“Room key issue-”

It was a little disturbing that when one of the keys we were issued did not work the desk clerk gave us one from his pocket without running it through the machine to set it and told us it was a 'master key'...

“Bugs?”

I had stayed there earlier without any problems. That is why i chose this hotel again. Not again any more. The bathroom knob was broken hence it could not be locked from inside. In addition one of the beds most likely had some bugs as it had some creepy feeling that something is biting you. We were so tired that we did not want to go through the hassle of changing the room or even the hotel as I had booked it through Expedia. On the positive side, the breakfast was great for the price and we actually did not complain about the above mentioned to the hotel so I could not comment on their response.

“A good motel”

We stayed in La Qunita LBJ,Dallas for two nights. The location is very convenient and close to the downtown. The room arrangement, however, was not optimal. The sink/coffee machine are usually located outside the bathroom but at this branch they were inside the restroom. That was slightly unconvenient.

“Decent hotel, reasonable price.”

The staff was competent. Everything was neat and clean. Overall, a decent hotel for a reasonable price.

Hotel was "OK," nothing special. Hard to get to and not many amenities nearby.

“Upset”

Booked and prepaid a three day stay and keys expired after two days. Very frustrating to leave my wife and packages in the hallway while I had to get the keys renewed Room phones had blink red lights, but no messages. When we asked how to turn the lights off, we were told to just ignore them all the lights blink. Had to unplug the phones. Blankets provided were wafer thin with no additional blankets available in the room. When we asked at the front desk for blankets, we were told the hotel doesn't have extra blankets. Makes you wonder how often blankets are changed in the rooms. Considering the condition of the bedspread, I would say never.
