“Great Place”

Our room was very clean and the rest of the Hotel was the same. Loved the breakfast in the morning except It would be nicer to run until 10:00 every morning. Could use a few more tables though. The help at the desk was very pleasant and helped us with a minor problem with our shower. Great location. Would definately stay there again. Would like to see some info pamphlets in the lobby for things to see and do. It was our first time in Texas to visit and would loved to have seen more. Great Place!

Always stay here when in Irving for business or pleasure. It is well located for my needs and clean. Staff is always wonderful and professional.

“Great Customer Service!!!”

This is nice place to stay if you are in the DFW airport area. I have stayed here twice and the customer service is great. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The smoking room that I requested on my second visit needed some attention from maintenance. The towel rack needed to be hung back on the wall and the digital thermostat needed to be replaced but the A/C still worked great, it just had to be controlled at the unit.

“Extremely nice place to stay”

This was a very nice overnight stay. Staff was very helpful, room was in excellant shape and very compfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best. Very convenient to the airport with little problems getting around town. Definitely will stay here again!

“Excellent Accomodations”

Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to DFW. Everything was great - staff was very friendly to both us and our dog (we were given a Non-smoking room even with our dog...at other hotels, we're usually given a smoking room when we bring our our pet). Breakfast was fantastic - the hours were great and there was lots to choose from including juices, milk, chocolate milk, muffins, croissants, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, fresh fruit and coffee!

“Pleasant stay.”

For the price this was a great place to stay. The building is new and the equipment as well. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but otherwise the rooms were quiet. The location was more than convenient for my purposes. When cirumstances occasioned the need for a another night's stay, I did not hesistate to stay in the same room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a little bit anemic but hey, it's free, and the fruit and yogurt is what I normally eat anyway.

“Great Hotel for the price”

This is a great hotel for the price, rooms are nice and clean and nicely furnished, the property is very clean and very new and the free breakfast buffet is MUCH better than it should be for a hotel of this class. I stay here everytime I visit Dallas now and it is EXTREMELY convenient to the airport. I opt for the King size bedroom when staying here, nice desk for working at night.

“Cleanest ever”

This was the cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. And I loved the fresh hot waffles in the morning.
