Great for business travel.

Cons: No onsite availavbility for room service meals.
Location: Quiet and convienent.
Was away from home on business and it was very nice to come to the room at the end of a long day and be able tot relax in comfort, cleanliness and quiet. nice hot breakfast in the mornings too!

Pros: Clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Cold pool/hot tub and poor cable choices.
Location: Close to the airport
As I read in reviews, the pool and hot tub were cold as their heater was broken. The cable selection had nothing for kids to watch. Without a car it's in the middle of nowhere, but the OrderInn service was good. We left early in the morning so we didn't have their complementary breakfast so can't comment on it. For just a basic hotel it was fine, but not so for the 'extras'.

The room was spotless! The only issue I had were the walls were thin. You could hear everyone in hall and in adjacent rooms.

This is the third time my family has stayed at this hotel. This is the first time that we have complaints...just minor complaints! Both of the hotel luggage carts were broken. One had a sliced tire and was still being used. The other was falling apart. It made it difficult to haul all of our luggage in and out of the hotel. Also, the heated pool was not so heated. It was probably 50 degrees or less. Thankfully, the kids didn't mind the cold water and made the best of it.
