“Superb except for one thing”

Excellent stay. Only one complaint: towels and pillow cases were rough and scratchy.

The hotel is brand new, the decor and atmosphere of the rooms, lobby, and breakfast room is cozy-sophisticated. Because Dallas is NOT a walking city, it is best to have one's own transportation; however the hotel phoned for a cab daily to get me to my conference center. The breakfast cook does a great job with the hot offerings of freshly scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuit, and gravy.

“Convenient and comfortable”

I found this to be clean, quiet and very convenient. My room was next to the elevators and I did not hear a thing.

“Excellent airport location”

Clean, new and well situated for getting around the Dallas / Fort Worth area. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food - both hot and cold. More variety of fruit would have been nice. Nice option to eat in I the afternoon and evening at the small fresh food kiosk, especially since there were no restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was new so very nicely decorated and modern. Loved the pool and hot tub.

“Great Hotel, Great Service. Could not find on my smartphone though.”

Hotel was great. But it was hard to find. It was just too new I guess. Price was right. It was only a few miles from very good restaurants and a great cinema. So there is plenty to see there. Just I am accustomed to being able to find these things on my smart phone. But the staff was very friendly. Over great hotel. Really nice rooms.

“Beds not as comfy as other reviews say”

Other people raved about the beds, but I was disappointed that they only provide a light blanket and not a comforter. I find it difficult to sleep with just a blanket. Most renovated hotels these days provide more, so I was surprised because this place is very new. Also- the shower was not thoroughly cleaned. There were a previous guests' hairs on the walls. The continental "breakfast" was extremely basic. And just to forewarn- they supposedly have an airport shuttle but it doesn't run Sunday nights, and though it's fairly close to the airport, it's a $15 flat rate cab ride (plus tip)- not great for a hotel advertising to be at the airport.

“Brand new & great service. :)”

This hotel is brand new & just opened. There were a few minor glitches (elevator didn't work a couple of times & front door was stuck), but they were quickly repaired. Also, to me, the sheets were a little scratchy, but it may just be because they are so new & haven't "worn in". Service was great & it was convenient for the conference I attended. :)

“Clean!”
