“best value”

I was extremely satisfied with my stay there. Everything was fine. Rooms wore nice and clean, beds wore comfortable, continental breakfast with hot waffle was a plus, all the staffs are nice and helpful. there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas around the place. the hotel is very nice and quite. And i noticed there were a couple of bus stops in that area.Overall it was a very good experience. The is the best value you can get. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was currently undergoing some remodeling, but nothing that interferred with our stay...just a little jmessy. The TV/internet service was on the fritz the next morning, but I don't expect it was the fault of the hotel.

“Good value”

This hotel was above average in every category. Nothing special--just a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. They even had hot waffles on their Continental breakfast.

“Issues”

This hotel is run by people who have no concept of customer service. I woke up one morning to an ant hatch in my room. Thousands of ants came through the window and infested my luggage. It took me an hour to pick the ants out of a pair of underwear so I could leave for the day. I would have checked out right then but I could not put my ant infested luggage in the rental car (they did wash my clothes while I was gone but they had to to get rid of the ants). I missed my 1st apt of the day. When I returned that night they insisted that they had to charge me for the 3rd night. It was the 3rd night of a 3 night stay. The hotel is behind the Home Depot delivery area. Deliveries are made at about 2 or 3 am. Good luck getting a good nights sleep.

Find a different place to stay. Run down, dirty and almost everything was broken.

“Dirty and disgusting!”

After an 8 hr. flight we were tired. We wanted to check in and rest. The hotel was warm, the elevator smelled like cigarettes. Our room was a huge disappointment. They must have photo shopped their pics! Locks on room were broken, mold on tub, the stairs smelled nasty. The breakfast area had one old table you had to share. It was full of dents. I skipped breakfast! I wish I could post pics because I took plenty of them! We went down the road to the Hampton Inn and were treated like royalty! Their hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable.The shuttle service was beyond excellent! The staff was amazing! They are definitely a 10!
