Our first night was spent in a room for the handicapped. This room was not comfortable, quiet or well-appointed. The fixtures in the room seemed cobbled together. Most amenities did not work. It faced I-75 so the noise was at such a high level that sleep was nearly impossible, even with ear plugs. We were able to talk to the attendant the second day and were moved to a non-handicap room. This room had working amenities, surfaces on which things could be set for handy access, and blessed quiet for sleeping.

Nice quiet facility and the room was clean. Nearby construction limited access somewhat. I was able to connect to the wi-fi but there was no Internet. As with all Motel 6s, they don't provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash so plan accordingly. But overall I had a nice stay and it was convenient and hassle free.

The front desk guy was asleep at the check in desk. Had to bang on the counter like 5 times before he finally woke up. Shower barley worked. No pressure no hot water.

Our room was clean and roomy. The staff were polite and friendly. The only issue is that the grassy areas where the dogs go to the bathroom are very messy. People are not cleaning up after themselves and it doesn't appear the hotel is bothering to either.

Blood stained pillowcase,blue rags instead of white towels,no wash cloths,squeaky doors,you will not enjoy your stay,if you cannot sleep due to noisy squeaky doors,doors have issues unlocking evening staff Kimberly is rude,Lazy,and no customer service skills.

The room seemed clean but there were tiny baby roaches. The toilet leaked ar the floor. It wobbled.it had obviously been caulked a few times, but not fixed. So, when flushed, it leaked water all over the floor. I reserved through expedis, but needed to extend my stay by one day. I called the front desk to ask if i shoukd do it through expdia, i was told no and to come to front desk. It ended up costing be almost $30 per night.

Only complaint is the construction that goes on during the day is loud, but that’s to be expected. All Staff has been friendly and haven’t had any issues at all that I they didn’t immediately fix.

Great room for the price
Was a great place for my little family....travel with 3 toddlers one of which is a special needa child. Hotel was very accommodating, check in was quick and directions we asked for were spot on! Room was clean, well kept, and safe for my kids. Will definitely stay again

When I first arrived the main entrance doors was locked and I was standing waiting for someone to check me in maybe 10 mins . I pressed the button multiple times . I called 972-578-1626 4 times back to back just for me to not reach anyone . I had to knock on the window before the guy came to check me in . The guy was really nice I just don’t know where he was. Okay so I drove around to my room . Walked up the stairs with ALL my things just for me to get to my door and my room key was not working . So I tried calling front office again and AGAIN no response. So I had to walk and drive all the way back to the damn office . ATP I am beyond irritated . So I get back to my room , upon entry I flipped the light switch and the lights acted as if they haven’t been on in ages . It flickered on , which was pretty creepy . Tried to get comfy and lay down just to realize that there were dog paws on my sheets . Or maybe they were the cat paws from the man who stared at me next door go into my rooms cat. Luckily I had throw blankets in my trunk from work On top of that my ac unit was held together by tape LITERALLY Anyway , I guess you get what you pay for ! Moral of the story don’t book here I’m ready to check out in the morning

When I arrived at check in, I saw they had late check out for 1:30pm for an extra $20. I asked if this could be added on at a later time if we decided to stay a bit longer. They said yes. Get to the room and there is an oder we had to get some candles to clear. The next day at around 11am the maintenance man and maid come banging on the door and sceaming for us to check out. We said we will pay for the late check out. He then started screaming through an open window that we did not pay and we need to get the F out now. My husband went to talk to them while I tried calling the front desk to pay the extra $20. The front desk would not answer from the phone in the room. The maintenance man continued his highly unprofessional rant. When my husband opened the door and they saw we were black people, him and the maid no longer knew how to speak English and they called the police on us saying we threatened them. Our skin color was the threat. The police came before I was able to get the front desk on the phone. The maintenance man had us trespassed from the property. It was horrible. We just wanted a quiet night away and it turned into a nightmare.

Just a so so stay
Nothing special a little sketchy at times. A lot of weed smoking going on though. The laundry room was flooding. The vending machines didn’t work. Just need a place to crash it was ok but for the price you can find a better establishment. The staff was ok though.

I did not like much about the property, I took a shower and got a serious foot fungus. I never had such a thing. I just hope that they will clean the shower better.

Disappointing check-in
I was not able to pay with credit card because the machine was broken. But, they had an ATM right by the front desk that charged a fee for use? Also, they had no way to make a paper receipt, so I am watching credit card for a charge on the card with which I made the reservation. The room itself was very clean, but the hotel itself was a bit run-down.

Within a short time this property went to pot!
This has always been a comfortable and clean/nice low budget place to stay when in Plano. Unfortunately, not anymore. Even being charitable, considering our current economy, this place was downright unacceptable. Had a feeling of a no-tell motel. I had requested a first floor room because I was traveling with someone who required it. That request was not honoured and even worse upon arrival, which was right at the beginning of their check in time, the person at the window (yes you read that right window…the lobby is inaccessible anymore); refused to make any accommodation. The property had people living on in the rooms for what appeared long term. They used the walkways for their patios so needless to say getting in and out for my two pets to relieve themselves was a matter of choreography. All in all what was a 3 to 3.5 hotel has gone to no better than a two.

Cracks heads hanging outside room, drinking, cursing, arguing, police arrived ..felt unsafe. No front desk attendant is probably scared. One night, but never again. Wish I never booked this room

The beds were comfy. Place was clean. Check in process was quick. Bathroom door drug floor making it loud to close and hard to close. Toilet seat screws were stripped so seat moved around.
