We love everything about this place! Plano is a great alternative if you're wanting the "Dallas" scene without the traffic. Great beds, very quiet rooms. Great staff as well! We can't wait for our next visit!

When checking in, our front desk staff was clearly on drugs. The shower in our room wouldn’t drain and would overflow on the floor and since the floor is concrete it just spilled into the room. Theres no mini fridge for your drinks or snacks. Bed was uncomfortable. There was hair in the sink upon arrival as well. Won’t be staying at this hotel again.

VERY UNHAPPY
The room was very clean however the air DID NOT work. I called the front desk and told them the air would not come on. I was told there were no other rooms to move to and they would send someone if they could find them. I then called sometime later and asked if they had a fan that we could use. The front desk called back and informed us that they did not have a fan and could not find someone to look at the air. It was very late at this point and we suffered through it. We left very early in the morning instead of going down stairs to enjoy breakfast. Honestly I would have asked for a refund but what’s the point. No one checked back in or offered a solution. I will not stay there again!

Cozy loft hotel
We loved pretty much everything about this hotel, from the gentleman at the front desk to the pleasant scent that hits you when you walk in. The only downside was that the bathroom sink is awkwardly small and even a simple task like brushing your teeth is strange...just not a lot of room to work with.

One of the best Thanksgiving hotels I have stayed!
Absolutely a great experience, the breakfast in the morning was absolutely top notch, the location was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern, but grim. On gray, cold days, it’s tough to walk into the room with brown floors/walls and all neutral dark tones and feel positive.

Except location with a few hiccups
The location is great and just so accessible to everything. Staff was friendly too. My only complaints are that: 1.) the sink is the bathroom is a terrible design. It’s pushed too close to the wall under the mirror, shaped weird and gets water absolutely everywhere. 2.) this hotel has an industrial look, which is cool. However, the walls and floors in the room are completely bare except for one or two small art pieces and a rug. Because of this, everything echoes and you can easily hear private conversations in other people’s rooms as you walk by.

This was our second time here and we loved it. The only thing that was a bummer was the reason we like to stay here is because they have chargers onsite. Of the three chargers, one wasent working and the other two always had the same cars parked there the entire day and throuhh the night. Almost like the vehicles belonged to employees or staff who worked there. Overall the stay was still great!
