It was a great experience, nice, clean, and excellent restaurants inside, a one stop shop, especially for out of town cowboy fans

No minibar (must ask for in advance, never heard of this staying anywhere), no water in the room, couples massage cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled. Extortionate room service even by hotel standards. Pool area was nice.

Below Omni Standard

Pros: I could live in the fabulous bathroom with it's glass walk in shower with ceiling rain shower and huge deep rectangle soaking tub.
Check in experience disappointing to say the least. I was looking forward to my stay at such a beautiful hotel and was let down by my first impression. Arrived around 10pm and the check in staff were VERY SLOW, laid back, in no hurry to get to the next person in line. They appeared uncertain of what to do and should not have been at the front desk representing Omni until they act like they know what they are doing. When the elevator open onto my upper floor with nice view, I smelled the worst odor of old greasy lunch or dinner trays stacked outside of several rooms both sides of the elevators. It was so bad that when I went down stairs to eat dinner I informed the front desk which did no good.

Great escape

Pros: Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Pool was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather.
Cons: The television remote was unlike any I've ever used before and was not user friendly.
Location: Walking distance from any and all downtown amenities. Plenty of places to see and walk in the close proximity.
I recently ventured to Dallas TX for a weekend getaway and decided to stay at the Omni Dallas hotel. It was a bit more pricey than other places in the area but the pictures from the website convinced me to stay there. I was not let down as the hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. Having to pay for parking, wi-fi and pet fees where kind of pricey but that was the norm for hotels in that area. The room was great! View from the room was great! The outside infinite pool was an amazing place to hang out! The attached lounge was a nice place to grab some drinks and apps. My biggest suprice was how amazing the room service was. If you get the chance I highly recommend trying the pizza! WOW!

Great experience overall. My minuses would be that the pool is too small, the water pressure is weak, & we had to call to get our room cleaned (they somehow missed it). Otherwise - loved it!

Overpriced for what you get!

Stayed Labor Day Weekend for two nights, room was okay, but could've been more luxurious and clean for the price. The pool was nice but again needed to be cleaned... lots of "things" floating in the water. The restaurant Bob's Steak & Chophouse had slow service, and if I'm gonna pay $40 for a filet, I expect perfection... which it was fair at best. And the dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives had spoiled olives which totally ruined it for me. If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, crowds of people, and an expericience that holds it's value compared to your expectations, you might look elsewhere.

Everything right there

Pros: The restaurants and bars, as well as the aesthetics.
Cons: Lower the parking fees.
Location: I think there was plenty to do nearby, but we liked the fact that everything we needed was within the hotel.
This was an overnight "date", so all we were looking for was a nice dinner, interesting cocktails, a view and swanky room. The Omni provided all that.
