“Loved the hotel!”

My husband and I and my two sons enjoyed our stay this month. The only problems we encountered involved an overflowing toilet and a safe that we could not access. The beds were very comfortable. Also, even though we arrived several hours before we could officially check in, the reception staff gave us passes to use the trolleys so we could go ahead to Hurricane Harbor and not waste time waiting around. The trolley came in handy a few times but the driver did not follow the times posted for pick up at the hotel and the parks. He was usually anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes over the posted times. Next time we plan to just pay for parking at the parks since they let you go in and out if you show your receipt from earlier that same day.

“Great Hotel At A Low Price”

This hotel was unbelieveable for the price! The room was clean, it had an outdoor pool, friendly employees with contemporary design and updated lobby and eating area. I can't believe that the bed was so comfortable with alternative down-comforter and pillows. I wouldn't have expected that for the price of the hotel. And to top it all off a hot breakfast every morning. A+ hotel!!!!

Was very impressed with this hotel. The suite was a true 2 room suite. It was very spacious. We will definitely return.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service was excellent, there were available directions for areas I wanted to visit. Room was very clean!

“Wow”

I was very surprised at what I got for the price. Separate bedroom, small deck over looking the pool, sink and counter in "dining" area, it was great.

We arrived late Friday night. When my husband went in to get our room number and keys, the young lady had our registration out. She explained to him that she was checking on us to make sure we were going to make it in on Friday night. When ever we had a question, the person at the desk was more than helpful. Over all, it was a good stay. We would go back for sure. The only thing I would suggest would be a heavier drape for the windows on that side of the building. The street and business lights are really bright. Thanks so much for a nice visit.

They upgraded us to a suite, which was an unepected surprise. It was clean and spacious.

“Arlington's best value hotel”

This is an older hotel, and yes, not everything looks nice, new and shiny, BUT DON'T let that deter you from staying. It is clean, just older. I call it Arlington's best kept secret. Here is my top 10 -- First, the staff is the nicest, friendliest people. Second, the shower was sensational -- strong and hot. Third, the beds and pillows were excellent -- both very comfortable and clean. Fourth, the towels were soft, clean and white. Fifth, the breakfast went well beyond my expectations. FREE, plentiful, hot and delicious. Eggs, Ham, Hashbrowns, Biscuits and gravy, belgium waffles and danishes among other items. Sixth, the FREE high speed internet was fast and reliable. Seventh, I felt safe -- the locks were in good condition and the hotel was located in a business area. Eighth, FREE newspaper in the lobby, Ninth, the place is clean and smells good. It doesn't smell old and musty, and Finally, it was quiet dispite being so close to the highway. I didn't hear any vehicles from the highway. I will be staying there again, and you should consider staying too. I've been to those visually appealling hotels and spent double what I paid for this hotel. Besides looking good, those places just don't provide the value that this place does. I HIGHLY recommend it. Look at the depth not just the surface.....

“Nice place in Arlington, Tx”

Quality Inn and Suites was a great place to stay. The front desk was very helpful when we needed directions or places to eat. They are currently re-modeling, but this did not affect the stay.

“Would stay there again without hesitation if back in that area.”

Hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we attended. Rennovations were going on, but the staff's courtesy made up for it. Anything we asked for was granted.
