Prety clean hotel.

“Nice place”

This hotel was nice. We just stayed one night, but they had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and clean, same with the bathroom. Toiletries were included which was nice. The breakfast was good. They serve all sorts of cold (i.e. cereal, fruit, yogurt) and hot items (i.e. waffles, hash browns, oatmeal, eggs). The pool and spa tub looked nice but we did not have time to use it. The location was easy to find and the noise from the highway is minimal. Overall, very good stay if you are wanting something cheap yet comfortable and clean.

“Ugh”

Not a good experience. The room was dirty: the sheets were dirty with stains, at least one glass had just been put back upside down in the bathroom without washing off its lipstick. Also, the TV didn't receive about a third of its channels. Oh, and smoke-free seems to mean that no one has smoked in there within the last hour or so. EVERYTHING was filled with a cigarette-smoke smell. The complimentary breakfast was nice enough with both hot and cold options, but given the cleanliness standards in the room, I couldn't help but wonder what they were like back in the kitchen. Also, nothing was done by the front-desk staff to rectify any of these problems during my stay.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE SMOKY SMELLING BAD SERVICE TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR FOR A DAY AND A HALF. ROOMS AND HOTEL ALSO HAD A WET SMELL, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. WILL LIKE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE DAY I CHECKED OUT EARLY. IF POSSIBLE.

“Great place, but HORRIBLE Staff.”

The hotel was big and great. I was very happy with the place as soon as I walked into the lobby. However, while checking in non-smoking room, the room smelled horrible, and it has been smoked in. Honestly the room smelled like there was a dead person inside. Anyway, we were able to switch the room the second day. The other room was ok. I think the hotel could have been much better if there was a better manager, and great staff. I was not satisfied with the effort they put for their visitors. I remember during the breakfast, other guests and I would have to call the lady working in the kitchen for refills. That lady was sitting just like one of us and eating all the time, which she is supposed to take care of the service and only the service. Again, the hotel was big and almost new, but very bad staff.
