Dallas is great! They have SO much more than just the Cowboys. We went to the Kimball in Fort Worth this time to see Carravagio. Wonderful city.

“Good Hotel”

The hotel is well located and is a clean hotel. The only thing I didnt like is the breakfast. If you go a little late you won't find anything to eat anymore. They don't have a great variety, which is ok, but if during the weekend is a lot of people you won't get anything at all.

“Nicer than expected”

This particular QI was on the campus of Baylor Hospital Plano. I chose this because of price and location, and was surprised at how quiet the location was. We took an upgrade to a mini-suite on arrival (for a slight upcharge), and was pleased with the additional room, but surprised to find a full-size refrigerator and microwave, but no utensils, dishes or microwave cookware. There was an elevator to reach the third floor (hotel has only 3 floors), but the elevator might have been as old as I am. Still, it worked; just not quickly or quietly. The staff was always helpful and available, and the breakfast was nice (how often do you see corned beef hash on the breakfast bar?). I will stay there again.

“Good room, no room coffee”

Our major problem with th hotel concerned the room coffee service. Each night we had to go to the office to obtain coffee packets for the morning.

“Nice rooms for the price-good value”

I think it is a good value if you are not looking for a fancy stay. I rented 2 rooms and they were clean and comfortable except 1 of them had a bad odor. I have stayed twice and plan on staying again.

“Parties Are Us”

First, the hotel accepts pets even though the internet says it does not. We were attacked by a dog not on a leash, and the owner did not care just said that the dog would not have bitten us even though it was growling and barking and coming at us. When I told the front desk, all they said was that they do accept pets. Nothing about telling the owner to keep that vicious dog on a leash. That's the first time I have ever been scared by a dog, "he was a paying customer" Then they had a party going on in the party room right below us. It was 9:45 and when I called to complain and ask them to turn down the music, they said the room was rented until midnight but they would move us to another room, because "the party room was paying more". I had to get dress, get out of bed, repack everything and moved. After all that I forgot my laptop charger in theFIRST room and they would not pay $5 to send it to me even though I had a terrible stay! They "could not afford to send it to me", even though it was their fault I forgot it!

“Clean, budget hotel near Baylor”

Clean budget hotel adjacent to Baylor medical and near George Bush highway. Rooms are a decent size for what you pay for, as you get a mini kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and small counter (no stove). My room also had a king size bed, one person sofa, table with 2 chairs, desk, and old tube TV. Try to avoid the 4 rooms on the ends as they are a bit smaller and dont have a desk and one person chair. Some minor complaints: Breakfast ends at 9am but if you dont get there by 840am, you might not get any scrambled eggs or orange juice. When you check in, you need to pay for your entire stay.
