Was nice for the price I paidPosted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
My stay was nice, we did however found 1 beetle and 1 silver fish in our room. However Hotel.com did not have the correct/full address so our GPS took us to some other place. After call the hotel, found out the complete address is 3891 S Great Southwest Pkwy (S Great was left out). This makes a big difference when using GPS. The hotel staff was very helpful and apologetic; they were going to let hotel.com know of this issue.

It's a nice Quality InnPosted Jul 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
It's a Quality Inn, which means no frills and low quality, but it's a nice one as far as Quality Inns go. It's my go-to hotel when I stay in this area (which I do a lot).

Great locationPosted Jun 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was meeting my daughter and family to go to a concert. Arrived after she checked in. Front desk promptly changed my room so I was across the hall from my family. Great people, very friendly. Will use this again for concerts at Verizon

Comfortable in TexasPosted Jun 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a wonderful place to stay. It was close to my Sister-in laws house and close to I-20. It was very easy to get to. Check in was easy and everything was explained to us. The beds were soft and comfortable, but the pillows were pretty flat. The A/C unit kept the room at a good temperature and didn't make any unusual noises. The hotel was pretty quite at night even being that close to the interstate. They breakfast was decent. Fresh coffee and pastries. There were pans of hot eggs, bacon and sausages. There was orange juice, milk, hot water for tea and bananas. It was a good value for what we spent and I will definitely use this hotel when we return.

Pleasant StayPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was quiet for the most part. Rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is also located down the block from a huge outlet mall which was nice! The hotel is very stuffy in the hallways but once you get to your room and turn on the air it is nice. I would stay here again.

Friendly StaffPosted May 12, 2014
The staff is great! The Hotel could use some TLC. Only one lamp in my room worked and the coffee pot was broken.

Not so grand in the prariePosted Apr 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Mostly it was fine but the breakfast choices, especially the limited fruit being offered was disappointing. Also the walls are not well insulated so the TV in the next room is against the headboard of the bed in your room SO you get TV noise when you go try to go to sleep, esp. for early departure. This is a deal breaker as far as I am concerned, if I can't sleep you can be as nice as you like, I won't return.
