Reviews of hotel were accurate. Clean, well kept, upgraded nice hotel near the airport. There is a breakfast if you pay for it, it was decent.

Room was very comfortable but we could hear a little outdoor traffic. Even though the check clerk was very friendly we did have a small problem at check in which she did admit it could’ve been to her lack of communication with management. Of course we prepaid through Expedia but we need to put down a credit card for incidentals where I was prepared to do. I presented her my PayPal Mastercard which is a credit. She said that didn’t expect PayPal, Chime, or cash app card. I explained to her PayPal is not like Chime or etc to start. It’s not a pre load card. It’s an actual credit card issue though an actual bank. The other you put your own personal funds on the load. PayPal you do purchase online purchase they don’t have an actual preloaded card! They do offer a credit. I had other card with me so I didn’t push the issue but others who have the Mastercard you may want to be aware. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The night clerk was great by telling where to park because I guess they had problems with break ins. I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe but area in could of off to the side so I can understand the easy access. Ride to the airport is 9 minutes on the street. Very convenient when you have a 6 am flight like we would

The hotel is updated and clean. But it was noisy, especially because of the many road near it. There is nothing the staff could do about the noise. In fact, the staff was very helpful and professional.

Overall a tremendous disappointment.
Brand new remodel that’s true, but there was no hot water in my room which of course I only discovered in the morning when I was late for my airplane. Additionally, the bathroom sink did not drain at all which in and of itself is disgusting, and it almost overflowed. There was also only one towel and no sugar or cream for the in room coffee maker. Also, there was no breakfast as promised at 6 AM And by 645 breakfast had still not even begun to be prepared. The front desk told me that “ she would be in sometime around seven because they’re not many people in the hotel“. Overall a tremendous disappointment.
