Pros: Quiet, nice staff
Cons: The water from the shower would unexpectedly get extremely hot off and on while taking a shower.
Location: Nothing much in vicinity and if you did not have a car, you were limited as to eating choices, entertainment.
Room was above average

couple night out, what we call a staycationPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: the bed, I also liked the pool too bad it was raining
Cons: maybe the bathtubs could be looked at for proper draining I think over time they become clogged and then draining slows
Location: we stayed in! ;)
we live in dallas, but we do like to get away from his room mates enjoyed controlling the temperature of the room, I always adjust the temp to really cold!!! makes you cuddle even more overall a lot of fun and shelter from the rain that night

Nice hotel, easy to findPosted Oct 12, 2013
Enjoyed our stay after a family reunion. Nice bar and restaurant with good food. Gave a three star because of the noise. The walls were very thin. We were on the sixth floor and heard traffic below and we faced the parking lot not the street. At midnight and again at three in the morning we heard people coming to their rooms. VERY loud, heard whole conversations. For such a nice hotel I was a bit disappointed. During checkout the staff was very nice and even gave us several samples of their scrubbing salts.

Very AccommodatingPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Location and accommodating staff
Cons: Self-Parking situation
Location: Location was perfect for the activity I was attending.
Too bad my stay was only for one night, which I don't/didn't consider adequate time to checkout all the amenities offered by this fabulous hotel. The staff was especially accommodating as they allowed us to check in earlier than checkin time.

Very nice and close to our venuePosted Oct 4, 2013
We were able to check in to our hotel right at 3pm. No waiting for a room. I booked 2 rooms and they were able to be adjoining suites. We found a great place to eat very close to the hotel and our conference. Very close to American Airlines Center.

Great stay!Posted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: Staff was so nice!
Cons: I think it's ridiculous to have to pay $14 just to park overnight when you're already paying for the hotel room.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved our stay and the view was amazing!

Nice hotel close to the Dallas Market Center.Posted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: The Hotel was in excellent shape and the room was very comfortable. Know that the building is under construction and you have to Park on a side lot.
The hotel was very nice, clean and updated. The resturant food was not very good. The menu was very limited, they seem to be wrapped up on farm to table.

Extra charges!!!Posted Sep 9, 2013
Cons: Offer free wi-fi to all customers not just those who have "points". We were there for the Dallas Market and wanted to look up some of the stores.
I was very disappointed at the charge for wi-fi !! $12.95 for 24 hours!! Even the very small motels offer free wi-fi. In this day and age that is too much.
