“Pleasant surprise!”

Booked a room at the last minute because of its location to an event we were attending and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! Elegant, great staff and we were upgraded to the top floor to an executive suite! Took advantage of the indoor pool, sauna and fitness room the next morning. We're thinking about going back -- just for a little getaway now and then!

“Great value for the money!”

The hotel is first rate with bargin prices. It has all of the amenities that you expect from a hotel of this class plus an indoor pool. If you time it right, you might be able to catch a play or concert at The Eissmann Center directly across from the hotel. The only additional service that I would like to see is access to more internet terminals. They have only one up front behind an information desk; a very minor issue, but would be nice to have. I highly recommend the hotel for either business or personal stays.

“Great hotel, Far from airport”

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative I found was that the hotel is a long ride from the airport and you have to hire a ride (taxi, shuttle, car service, etc) which is a little expensive.

“Renaissance Richardson - the best place to stay with children !”

The Renaissance Richardson Hotel is the best place you can stay when you travel to Dallas with children. Superb courtesy of the staff, excellent rooms and service, outstanding friendliness, a great indoor pool for kids and parents, a great value when you book with breakfast - just perfect. Our kids love to play in the pool, which has always been warm (in contrast to some other hotels in the Dallas area) and which has a size that you can swim and play. The whirlpool is not babysized but extremely comfortable. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly and I can recommend this hotel to anybody how has children no matter which age.

“Renaissance Hotel The Best”

We have stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson quite a few times on our visits to Dallas. The staff is always friendly and go that extra step to make our stay pleasurable. The location is one of the top reasons with access to DART and 75, George Bush Turnpike. Also the rooms are so comfortable, with service impeccable. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends and collegues. Well Done !!
